We used Tucker Landscaping for the first

Our condo association uses them for snow removal. In which they use too much salt on the roads and sidewalks and destroyed a lot of our pine trees and bushes and then said it was due to Drought thatWe haven't had since 2007.

Neil did a great job at Maplewood Senior Living in Cuyahoga Falls. Also on a spruce-up the following day.

This is a Great company 2 hire for Snow Removal. They are on top of it when the snow starts falling... By the time i go2 leave for work our complex is Not a dangerous place 2 walk or drive.. GRATEFUL 4 Tucker's snow removal Crew!!!

I've known and worked with the owners for a few years now and, have nothing but good things to say about them. We continue to do business together yearly. I assure you they absolutely care about ensuring a job well done and customer satisfaction, when it comes to contractors handling accounts for them or their workers.

This is my 2nd year that I've attempted to contact the landscaping company for an estimate. The first year, they returned my call and said they were booked for the season so they couldn't do the work. So, I contacted them early this season, but they still have not returned my call [several weeks later]. At this point, their lack of customer service outweighs their expertise. I'll look for another landscaping company that's responsive to my calls or requests for an estimate and is happy to provide a service to the average customer.

Nathan and his crew are very attentive to details. My business is always looking fresh and they always go above and beyond there duties to ensure that there is no trash or debris left behind. This will be the second year that I am with Tucker Landscaping. They have done work at my residence and my businesses and I highly recommend them.

We’ve had them take of our beds for several years now. It’s always been quite beautiful work. More importantly, if they make a mistake they correct it! We do and will recommend them to all our neighbors and friends.

They have left debris all over the place... Killed many of my hosta and gladiolus by burying them with mulch. Destroyed my pumpkins and just overall are very disrespectful to customers property. They also parked behind multiple cars and refused to move when people needed to leave. 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! They are unnecessarily loud and have no qualms about using foul language. Your employees shouldn't assume others around them don't speak the same language.

I recently hired Tucker landscaping for a lawn installation. My project required the removal of a great deal of pea gravel with the subsequent installation of topsoil, grass seed and hay. Austin Tucker was extremely communicative throughout the project. Emailing me frequently with updates regarding installation and answering all my questions. His staff did an excellent job. I received multiple estimates, but Tucker’s was the most economical. I highly recommend this company.

One of the guys will stop what he's doing on the machine and will pull out his phone and record you while you run. Three times this has happened to me, he has also turned sound while walking to walk near me and continues to keep starring. This has happened in the Village of Avon, so just be aware if you are a female runner or walker. If this happens a fourth time I will file a complaint.

I would give zero stars if I could. This is absolutely the WORST “landscaping” company I’ve ever seen in my life. They “prune” plants by using the weed whacker, they make a mess all over and don’t clean up. They also like to leaf blow peoples personal items kept outside. I would NEVER recommend this company if it was the last one on Earth!! Think twice before giving them a call

We couldn’t say enough good about this company, its services or its representatives. We had The good fortune of using their services about seven years ago and then recently called them to do some hard scape work at our house. The crew were uniformly, professional, friendly, and outstandingly capable at their jobs. They came in got the work done in a timely fashion cleaned everything up very well, and then left us with a renewed hardscape. They did this all Cheerfully efficiently and affordably. We liked working with them so much, that We looked around to see if we had any additional projects. I would at least consider Tucker landscaping. It was a great experience.

A DISASTER. A 2 hour job that was reconfirmed TWICE for 8:00 and they didn’t arrive until 9:10, and didn’t finish until 12:30.
But worst of all they did a terrible job. I was crystal clear that a few items marked with yellow tape would need to be accessible and situated at the front of the storage facility. These items were placed in the back, totally inaccessible, and I’ll need to hire someone to move these items again.

They were very professional. They came the same day and were very quick. I would recommend to anyone.

Cloverleaf and Ben were wonderful! Very effective and very nice gentlemen. Thank you Same-day!!!

They were excellent, punctual and executed moving dressers upstairs perfectly. Highly recommend!!

The junk removal team that came to clean out my house did an absolutely amazing job. They worked hard from start to finish and made the whole process so much easier for me. They were extremely respectful, professional, and easy to work with. I’m very thankful and grateful for all their help—they truly went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing junk removal services. 10/10 experience!
