I just needed to personally shoutout Alyssa G for being so unbelievably sweet and helpful while I was checking out. I had a large purchase and through my scatterbrained questions she offered thoughtful substitutions and helped make sure I had the correct quantities of certain items. She was super patient and provided amazing service. Thank you, Alyssa!

I was also helped by another team member (although I can't remember her name!) and she helped me find a great alternative for a type of plant I was looking for.

They have been really great to work with. I had an issue that, through no fault of anyone, kind of put them out (to resolve for me) and they did. I know for sure most stores would have nicely told me to get lost but Petitti really, went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% happy. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience my first time inside this store!!!! I went in to purchase a pitcher plant and called ahead to make sure they had some in stock. Awesome, helpful service over the phone, and while in the store, I was engaged by an employee who assisted and answered a couple of my questions. Delightful place to shop at, will absolutely return!

Very, very nice place to shop if you plan to work in your yard! I'm not into gardening at all but I was there with my husband who is a regularcustomer there. It was very clean and organized. There were so many beautiful flowers, bushes and even furniture to choose from. Customer service was excellent when we checked out.

Such a great variety of plants and everything else you can thing of for being out in your backyard. Some may comment on the prices being alittle high. They are, but I think people do. It realize you are getting high quality plants that are either the best species of the genus or are large well established plants.

I normally shop at a different location. And while that will always have my heart- I was blown away by the selection at this new location! So many items to browse!

NO STARS. They literally told me, "idk where that's at," and walked away. This is what's advertised, told there were twenty here, and this was the reality.

Petitti has beautiful healthy plants and shrubs for sale for fall planting. The selection of trees are displaying vivid fall colors. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff is always so friendly and the facility overall is always so clean and spacious! I come here whenever I'm looking for a new plant/ flower to add to the family! Here's the plant fam the I have so far 😀

Inventory is very large, staff knowledgeable. It is sometimes hard to find a person for questions.

I love Petitti Garden Centers. Yes, the plants are usually more expensive than big box stores, but they have a HUGE selection of plants, and I've never had any of them die on me. They are in good shape and grow well.

I purchased a Chinese dogwood from Petitti’s Garden Center. I purchased it based on its looks and because the tag said deer resistant. I spray our plants regularly with deer repellent. I didn’t spray this tree based on the tag information. I called and talked to customer service and told them what happened so I could get it replaced. She told it is only deer resistant not deer proof therefore they will not replace it. She went to tell me that if deer get hungry enough they will eat anything. Our neighborhood is full of uneaten trees yet they chose to eat the one that says it’s deer resistant? Petittis I am a regular customer and love the garden center. Please do the right thing and replace my tree.

This is a nice location. There is always enough parking and it’s not too far from the freeway. The store is always neat and clean (which is not always the case in this area) and the staff is always really friendly and helpful. They have a great Christmas display every year and you can tell a lot of effort goes into making it nice for kids of all ages. Great selection of indoor/outdoor plants and pots. They also sell patio furniture and grills. Their prices are usually a little higher but you get what you pay for in most cases. Plus is always good to support local businesses.
