Took my name and address. Never showed up

Great service, good clean up they work hard on the job at hand. All employees are great and respectful.

Rob leaves our yard cleaner than he finds it every time we use him. He has removed a tree that was close to the house and barn with no trouble at all. I highly recommend him.

Rob sent his workers to my house to provide a service that I had told him I had received other quotes for and I did not need his service. Nobody knocked on my door to get final authorization. When I realized that he was the one providing the service and not the other guy that I had contacted to do the work I was upset. They cut back more bushes than I had asked for taking 1/2 of my Bushes off the porch leaving one and not the second so it is uneven and it is going to need to be replaced. He would not accept less than the full amount for payment even though I now have to pay to have the bushes he tore out replaced. He would not negotiate on a price only said that he does not provide a satisfaction guaranteed to his work! What a way to run a business! His Foreman Jeff was very nice and Jeff even offered to accept less. I told him that the other quote was for $350 just over half of what Rob was charging me. But Rob refused to take anything less than his full price.
