Thomas Concrete and Construction, not sure I can say enough about what an Amazing job they did. I use to be a contractor, so I’m not an easy customer. Thomas excels as business man. He showed up when he said, bid was more than fare, actually lower than I anticipated. He was so patient when the city was holding up permit, he was on it! Calling, stopping there and even emailing them. If you need concrete You Need Thomas Concrete! Fair, reasonable, prompt, and my favorite they cleaned up like they were never there! 5 Stars!

Thomas and his team poured a concrete slab for me to build a shed on. The work was done quick, efficiently, and the end result was exactly what I needed. You could tell Thomas took pride in helping other members of the local community. Will certainly call him again if I need other concrete work completed.

Tom does a great job. Very reliable. No snow is too deep for Tom. Give him a try you won’t be disappointed

Thomas did a fantastic job on our concrete patio!! He quoted us a reasonable price and he did a very professional job. He made sure everything was done correctly and didn't take any shortcuts. He is a great guy and worked extremely hard at making sure he got our project done in the timeline he stated initially.

I recently hired Thomas's Concrete and Construction to install a 30-foot by 15-foot cement patio with a stamped dark gray border, and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. The team did an excellent job from start to finish. Their pricing was very reasonable and fair, which was a big plus for us. Thomas and his team have kept my driveway & walks cleared of snow throughout the winter. They are responsive, polite, and dependable. Some days I even awoke to clear passage! On the days of tremendous snowfall, service came well within my expectations given the extreme conditions, and Thomas regularly communicated status. If I have concrete needs in the future, he is the first person I would call since he has earned our trust. Highly recommended!

I recently had Thomas & his crew work on & replace my entire driveway, (extend the drive as well) sidewalk, & walkway & I couldn't be happier with the results. With just a phone call to get an estimate to starting the project Thomas was professional, courtesy & communication was top notch !

The entire process was smooth & any questions I had Thomas was there with an answer & his entire group of guys were great too. All very friendly & knowledgeable as well.

Thomas did a fabulous job at a very reasonable price. The workmanship of the concrete job was of the highest quality. I just Googled concrete work near Cleveland and his company was one of the first to come up. I called and we went over what I wanted and he said to call him when the warmer spring weather arrived. I called and he showed up and he completed the job in one day. I mean it was pretty much perfection. He even added his own recommendations and ideas when he arrived that I would never of thought of. I highly recommend.

I do not recommend Thomas"s concrete he does not do quality work. I hired him to do my driveway and within just 3 months it was crumbling and deteriorating see pic's. I reached out to him several times and he gave me the run around. Now a year later and still nothing he has gohsted me. He is not a man of his word and does not stand behind his work. Thomas you need to take accountability for your work I paid you $4000.00 for a partial driveway and we only have 2 cars. Stop trying to blame ODOT or everyone's driveway would look like this. I never threatened you I was patient and gave you plenty of time to fix it Funny how you can reply to this right away but wouldn't answer any of my calls.
