Constraction reviews in Berea, Ohio

Needed a driveway and some sidewalk blocks to make my house point of sale compliant to sell, Thomas’s concrete got the permit immediately and did an immaculate job.. super fair pricing and extremely professional service.. thank you guys!

Thomas’s concrete replaced my driveway and did an excellent job. Thomas was easy to work with and kept in contact with me through the entire project. The workers were very careful of not to disturb the yard beyond the work zone. And on completion of the concrete work followed up on restoration of the adjacent lawn. Additionally, his price was very fair and I was very satisfied with his work.

Thomas Concrete and Construction, not sure I can say enough about what an Amazing job they did. I use to be a contractor, so I’m not an easy customer. Thomas excels as business man. He showed up when he said, bid was more than fare, actually lower than I anticipated. He was so patient when the city was holding up permit, he was on it! Calling, stopping there and even emailing them. If you need concrete You Need Thomas Concrete! Fair, reasonable, prompt, and my favorite they cleaned up like they were never there! 5 Stars!

Thomas and his team poured a concrete slab for me to build a shed on. The work was done quick, efficiently, and the end result was exactly what I needed. You could tell Thomas took pride in helping other members of the local community. Will certainly call him again if I need other concrete work completed.

Thomas installed a patio in my backyard. Ready for summer fun! Thomas was customer conscious -explaining the process, quoting, following up and keeping me informed . I am extremely happy with his work and my patio! I will certainly call and rely on him for any other concrete work. Thank you Thomas. Kathy

Thomas did a fantastic job on our concrete patio!! He quoted us a reasonable price and he did a very professional job. He made sure everything was done correctly and didn't take any shortcuts. He is a great guy and worked extremely hard at making sure he got our project done in the timeline he stated initially.

I recently hired Thomas's Concrete and Construction to install a 30-foot by 15-foot cement patio with a stamped dark gray border, and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. The team did an excellent job from start to finish. Their pricing was very reasonable and fair, which was a big plus for us. They answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly, ensuring that I was informed and comfortable with each step of the process.

The quality of their work was outstanding. They were meticulous and paid great attention to detail, resulting in a beautiful and sturdy patio that we are thrilled with. The stamped border adds a lovely touch that really enhances the overall look.

Thomas and his team have kept my driveway & walks cleared of snow throughout the winter. They are responsive, polite, and dependable. Some days I even awoke to clear passage! On the days of tremendous snowfall, service came well within my expectations given the extreme conditions, and Thomas regularly communicated status. If I have concrete needs in the future, he is the first person I would call since he has earned our trust. Highly recommended!

I recently had Thomas & his crew work on & replace my entire driveway, (extend the drive as well) sidewalk, & walkway & I couldn't be happier with the results. With just a phone call to get an estimate to starting the project Thomas was professional, courtesy & communication was top notch !

The entire process was smooth & any questions I had Thomas was there with an answer & his entire group of guys were great too. All very friendly & knowledgeable as well.
With this being my first big project as a new home owner I couldn’t be more happier & pleased with the results & he was literally the best to work with.

I highly recommend Thomas Concrete to anyone who needs concrete work in the community & surrounding areas.

Thomas did a fabulous job at a very reasonable price. The workmanship of the concrete job was of the highest quality. I just Googled concrete work near Cleveland and his company was one of the first to come up. I called and we went over what I wanted and he said to call him when the warmer spring weather arrived. I called and he showed up and he completed the job in one day. I mean it was pretty much perfection. He even added his own recommendations and ideas when he arrived that I would never of thought of. I highly recommend.

Great people to work with. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend them!

Enlightenment Companies is an awesome company to work with. James
& Jeff are very great ! Can't complain ! :) Thanks guys!

This was the worst estimate I’ve received. Estimate was poorly written. Did not reach out to the engineer who we did the design build with. Did not contact our vendors for pricing, material break out that was given was garbage, in addition to being a week late.

Highly experienced, accurate estimating firm that has helped my contracting business grow. The team is very client focused and professional.
