We had a problem with our pool automation control board. Our insurance took nearly 2 months to send an unqualified pool service company who took 1 month to report that they could not fix it. We received a referral to Bates HVAC from Lanigan pools and two days later had a plan. Installation was quick and thorough. I will use nobody but Bates HVAC from this day forward! Excellent service!!

Bates HVAC is an extremely professional, courteous, and thorough company. From my initial phone call to set up an appointment all the way until being invoiced, everything was handled in a professional manner, and quickly too! Jason was wonderful in explaining everything in a way a regular customer can understand. Very honest. I especially prefer to hire smaller, family owned companies vs. the big conglomerates. Thank you for the great service!
