I was very impressed by the two electricians that came to my house. They were efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area we lived in and the type of wiring in the house. They gave us an estimate and went over financing options, and this is not even what they came for. Seemed to be able to take the time to explain everything and not be rushed. I would recommend them.

Professional, decent price. Took longer than should have (10ish hours) and technician had to bring in his boss for help. Covered 1 of 3 holes left from previous unit.

Fantastic service! Bret was a super nice dude, and he replaced several GFI outlets, bathroom exhaust fans, and installed lighting fixtures as well. Very pleased with our experience!

Miles did a great job getting the electricity back on in my kitchen today. Same day diagnosis and repair. Incredibly professional and explained everything they were doing along the way. Prices were discussed before work was done, and those prices didn’t change after the work was completed. Rare level of service these days.

My fuse blew and I called. They came within a few hours. The nice electrician, Charles, diagnosed the issue immediately. He had to run to get the part and had everything fixed in under an hour. Was one of the easiest transactions I’ve had with a contractor.

Five stars for the service I received. Four stars for the processes to try to acquire the service. I lost power to my house in an extreme heat wave. It’s very upsetting and scary and financially upsetting. And HOT at a heat index of 102. Brett Cross came the next day in the morning and assessed the problems. He recognized right away what was wrong and all the things that needed to be done to correct old wiring and bring it to code on the exterior and on the interior. He explained things to me in an understandable way, and it was great to have dialogue not being spoken down to as a female homeowner. Unfortunately, that sort of treatment happens a lot from the trades. We discussed what’s going to happen and why and financing attempts when his tablet wasn’t working quite right he stuck with it to get it to work so we could have a game plan to get my power back on as quickly as possible. He returned the next day right on time ready to get to work and everything that was done was exactly what was told to me the day before in my quote. They lined up the city permit person to do the inspection that was on time. I called AEP to let them know it’s OK to do their part to turn it back on. The next day, Brett Cross and Spencer at my request to work with my work schedule, they came by the next day to tag the breaker box downstairs and do a walk-through. The entire time good communication, professional, pleasant. I highly recommend them.
The communication to get somebody to come out was bumbling. I used the Mr Electric website with my ZIP Code and the chat bot told me that someone was coming out before five the same day that I requested it. I even messaged the chat bot not fully aware it was a chat bot and said that’s today. Are you sure that’s available and it replied with the same option the same day before five. Bear in mind with no power I was calling a lot of places to try to schedule a quote. At 4:30 I called Mr E Line and got Sarah the robot phone person and told her I’m in my backyard doing landscaping when they get here make sure they know I’m here. Robot Sarah said yes I will let them know. 530pm I called the number and was persistent I needed to talk to someone. It’s a hot day. I don’t mind if they were running over, but I really felt very uneasy if they were coming or not. I got offered the non-robot and that Person I spoke to said there was no coming out and there’s a closed ticket. Needless to say on a day that was extremely challenging this was very upsetting disappointing frustrating. I truly was not gonna give them a chance after that experience with the website chat bot and Sara the robot and waiting for hours and nobody came. The human on the phone when I told her I have no power at all in my house put me on hold and arranged for someone to come the next morning, but if I had not been persistent, I never would’ve gone with this company because I would’ve just given up in frustration from the initial experience, trying to get through those automated non- Human systems that misled me. They really need to reconsider those systems are not working for them and could cost them work. I would say if you are interested in looking for some electrical work I do highly recommend the service I received once I got through to them so do not accept the chat bot or Sarah the robot as valid communication push through to get to a person. Thank you, Mr. Electric thank you Brett Cross thank you Spencer. Probably the worst thing I’ve had to deal with this house in 10 years and I’m so glad that you were the ones to help me. I appreciate your professionalism and your kindness and your work ethic.

Mr Electric delivered a solid performance on a job we had completed by them. The technician was very knowledgeable of his work and very polite as well. Turn around time was astronomical, called on Friday and problem fixed on Monday. We had to have our electrical panel switched out from the old pushmatics. Price was fair. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Company was great called them on Wednesday they came out on Thursday and fixed our problem that was outside even in negative degree weather! Charles was kind, educated and got the job done fast! Will use again if have any issues that come up.

An IMPECCABLE EXPERIENCE : I built a new steel garage on my property in July 2023 & needed electric service to install a garage door opener & lighting. I got 5 different estimates. Mr. Electric quoted 6 different options I could use. I contacted Columbus Zoning dept for the application that best served the codes for my area & scheduled the installation. They showed up on time, it was a 3 day job. Tyler Brown was the service technician assigned to the project. His work was first rate, explanations & information regarding the process phenomenal & his customer service exceeded his young age years. On 9/11/23 the city inspector arrived & lauded the quality of the work signing off on the installation. The only negative aspect to this job was one of the now former employees indicated I should've been charged more for the size of the project. I brought the inappropriate comment to Tyler's attention. He went to his manager & the individual was relieved of his duties. As of 9/12/2023 my overall experience w/ Mr. Electric & Tyler Browns was impeccable.

What a great person to work and the company Mr Electric. When Anthony was here he checked out my complete electrical panel and found some problems he also included me in that investigation so I could see the problem as well.

We had a significant amount of electrical work that needed to be completed for our grow station and pantry. From the very beginning of the estimate process, Brett was amazing. He took the time to listen to our needs and consistently found practical solutions while maintaining the integrity and quality of the work. We now know exactly who to call whenever our organization needs electrical work in the future.

We had a localized electrical fire just prior to Christmas, leaving us without heat and limiting electrical use until repairs could be done. They came out and did assessment of repairs and gave us three estimates. We scheduled repairs for soonest available as it was going to take all day to complete. Scheduled for New Year's Eve however the weather forecast said temperatures where going to drop and it was already very cold. I reached out to verify they would still be coming as scheduled and they offered to come that day. We was thankful for that. Repairs took until after dark and they froze their behind off as a lot of work was being done outside and we had no heat inside. They did a great job and left everything clean. I will always use Mr. Electric from now on. Great Job guys.

Corey did a great job installing ceiling light figures. It was not an easy job, but he got the job done. Also, installed a dimmer and whole house surge protector. The job was done professionally. He was extremely polite and cleaned up after the work.

Bret was very informative and explained things in a way that a layman like myself would understand. He did a thorough job and made sure everything was safe and in working order. He is definitely my electrician going forward!
