I was very satisfied with James, Mack and Rich today. They performed very professionally and competently the root collar excavation, bracing and cabling work on our mature Red Maple. James is a very knowledgeable arborist who has great insights and recommendations for many types of tree work and overall groundskeeping tasks. I also enjoyed working with Briana at the office. James and crew did an amazing job with our arborvitaes, explaining exactly what they were planning on doing. When they were finished, they cleaned everything up and even blew off our patio. Our trees look great now. Highly recommend!

I contacted Arborist Solutions about a pair of trees on my property that had some damage. Through the consultation we determined that the removal of one tree and the trimming of some heavier branches on another was the appropriate course of action. The prices they quoted were very fair, and I was able to get on their calendar quickly (the work was done in February). They took care of everything and cleaned up after the work was done incredibly well. I was even able to pick their brain on some landscaping questions, and they even cleaned up my mulberry tree for no charge! They were incredibly kind and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asks, and intend fully to work with them again in the future.

In 47 years of home ownership dealing with numerous tree companies I have finally found one to recommend without hesitation. Arborist solutions is a young company trying and succeeding against the big boys. James B. The owner and estimator is a certified arborist who actually does the work himself. Other companies may boast of an arborist but I’ve yet to see one on the job. This company is probably the fifth one I’ve used over the years and the only one with which I’ve been entirely satisfied. From the initial pleasant contact with the office to the on time and fair estimate I could not be more pleased. James explained why my Locust was losing leaves and branches and suggested that with the current climate change the tree was not getting enough water and therefore was shedding leaves early. James and Mack pruned out the dead branches that had been missed by previous companies because they were too far out from the center and not easily accessible. No problem for Arborist Solutions! James and Mack are very personable, their work ethic is top notch , and I have no qualms recommending them to anyone. Truly a positive experience.

James and Bri were very helpful in helping us with our property when we had a tree that unfortunately could not be saved. They also trimmed some of our other large trees so that we could avoid potential property damage. Their team worked quickly and everything was cleaned up promptly. The service was great! James was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain our options and the process to remove our two trees in the backyard and then trim and support the larger tree in our front yard. He and his assistant Mack did an excellent job cleaning up the mess from removing the two trees in our backyard too. I'd definitely hire them again.

The company is very easy to work with. I was able to have a review of the work to be done quickly. Then after approval of the estimate, the work was scheduled and completed within one working day!

We had 11 invasive bradford pear trees removed, along with some other tree trimming/stump grinding/work done. They got it all done in one (very hot) day! Not only did they get all of the work done quickly, they did a great job and cleaned up everything. They were one of the pricier companies we got a quote from, but it was worth it to go with them. James was the only one that took the time to explain everything when he was over to give us an estimate and the communication from everyone was great throughout the process.

Briana, James, and their service techs are all top notch folks and reasonably priced. James, who consulted with us, is very knowledgeable of trees and has many years of experience from a broad range of locations in the country. Briana communicated in a very timely and professional manner when James was to arrive and then later when the service was scheduled regarding when the techs would arrive. We are very happy with their service and will call on them next year to fertilize our tree. I would recommend them to friends and strangers alike.

I highly recommend Arbortist Solutions. James Benedetto came out to view our property and provided a detailed explanation of what would be done to each tree and why. It was very easy to review and approve the quote online. Price was competitive, and I did not have to wait months to schedule like some larger tree companies. The crew was very polite and did an awesome job. All debris was removed from property.

Arborist Solutions has done a great job taking care of our baby trees (3 years old). They’ve also helped nurse our apple tree back to health. Tyler, our arborist, is very knowledgeable. He and the crew did a great job cabling our apple tree to prevent other branches from breaking. They had to trim and shape up the tree and they cleaned everything up afterwards. Making an appointment is easy and the office does a fantastic job communicating along the way.
