They were very responsive and friendly, came out twice, took care of the request for city marking of utilities and cleaned up afterward. They even called me back after hours to check in and give updates. I will definitely use their services again and strongly recommend them.

James has done such great work on my trees. I paid serious $$$ for Davey Tree service to trim and fix up my trees and yard, only to find myself having to finish the work they messed up. And my Crabapple tree they REALLY lopsided it when they trimmed it. I'm SO glad James from Arborist Solutions was able to correct Davey Tree Service mistakes and they are very reasonably priced too!!

Love this company! We had a 50 foot beautiful maple tree, and a huge limb blew down, and had two other quotes. One company told me we had to cut the tree down or it was in danger of blowing on to the house. We found Arborist Solutions website where they stated that they tried to save trees if possible. I called on Saturday, James gave me a quote on Tuesday, they came out that Friday and did the job. Not only did they save the tree, their quote was cheaper than the other two companies. James and his crew did an awesome job, and he gave me advice on other trees in the yard. James and Brianna were great to work with, and we will be using their services in the future as needed.

James and crew did an excellent job with the procurement and set up of our 3 new trees. Can't wait for the trees to start taking off. When we need additional trees in the future, we know who to reach out to.

He and his crew took the time to do the job right. They cleaned up afterwards and even used a blower for the small stuff. The price was reasonable and the guys were friendly.

His rates were very reasonable and did a great job with trimming our bushes. He also trimmed a large tree and provided clearance for the sidewalk and driveway. If you want someone who has the best interest OF YOUR TREES then Arborist Solutions is who you should call. They aren’t going to try and upsell themselves for the sake of money, but rather it’s very clear that their priority is with the health of the trees.

We had two honey locusts that had problems after a storm. They came and carefully assessed the situation and then very selectively trimmed, cut back and worked to make the tree healthier. They worked together with all the safety gear and measures, and even used headset equipment to communicate amongst the three person team - all actual arborists. Including a Woman which made me even more happy!!!

James and his team are super skilled at what they do! We called arborist solutions to prune and trim a large maple and oak in our backyard after noticing large branches falling after rain storms. They were super professional and knowledgeable and explained their findings along the way! James also noticed a different maple with terminal rotting from a fungal infection. His expert knowledge and early detection helped us make the choice to remove the tree and protect our home from future damage. 5 stars for this honest, professional, trustworthy team! After pruning, trimming, and cable installations, I feel secure and safe letting my kids loose in the backyard!
