I used Tipton Air to replace my entire heating/ac system. I found him to be responsive, professional and have very competitive pricing, The unit was installed and performs as promised, my heating and cooling bills are down as a result! Dan is a fantastic diagnostician. Had three companies come out and all tell me I need a new unit (which will eventually be true.) Dan recognized that one bolt was loose, tightened it and the whole system started working again. Great guy and awesome business. Have been going with Tipton Air ever since and have never had anything but great experiences.

Dan was excellent. Called him Wednesday 12/27/17 he was out the same day. Told me I needed a new furnace, gave me an amazing price. When I asked how soon he could do it he said I can move some things around and get to it tomorrow if you like. My furnace was installed 12/28/17. Very professional and exceptional customer service. Will recommend him to all of my friends and family. Wont use anyone else for any of my heating and air needs.

Fantastic service! My old furnace needed to be replaced & I needed an outdoor AC unit. Dan gave me a fantastic price on a new system & they got everything installed within a day! Highly recommended!

Dan has done HVAC work for myself and my rental property for 8 years. He was recommended by a friend who also had many rental properties. When we first met he fixed a AC blower fuse when three other companies told me the whole AC unit needed replaced. recently installed a new heat pump and air handling unit at my house. wont use anyone else in the Cincinnati area - hes the best.

Dan has been servicing our 2 HVAC units for over 10 years. He is very conscientious and honest and does a thorough job in installations. When our primary unit had multiple issues, he sat down with my wife and I and made sure he understood all of our new needs (finishing basement and allergy issues) before recommended a replacement system.

Dan is fantastic! He installed a new HVAC for us back in February. Then when the warm weather hit this spring, we learned that our AC was not working. Dan came out to the house the same day I called him! I was ready to purchase a new unit but Dan was able to fix our old unit for practically nothing! He will be my first and only call in the future!

Dan and his team replaced our furnace. We switched from a heat pump to a gas furnace. They were very professional, honest, efficient, and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable and confident that I was taken care of and don’t think I could have gotten better service any place else. I’m thankful that our paths have crossed and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Highly recommend.

My furnace was 27 yrs old and the air conditioner quit working. I called Dan he came checked it and advised both needed replaced. He and his co-worker were courteous, knowledgeable, and had both installed in 1 day. We were kept a breast of the progress and when finished they explained what they had done and educated us on proper care and service of the units. I highly recommend this company. Excellent service and outstanding customer relations
