Perry was a pleasure to work with. He came out for an estimate right away and was able to complete the job the next day! He and his team ran a 50 amp line and installed a box outside of my garage for an RV hookup. Excellent work and communication throughout the process! Highly recommend!

Our relationship started off positively with Perry, and quickly declined. They charge a significant premium for a service that only a few electricians offer, and apparently by all standards is a nice to have but not required for safety. When we chose to go with another electrician for other work in our house, Perry responded with a disturbing "I'm sorry you're willing to put your family at risk by hiring someone else." The other electrician shared pros and cons of working with him vs Perry, but Perry was quick to discount all others. We decided to hire the other electrician, knowing it would void our warranty with Perry.
I then followed up with Perry to ask a simple question, and he refused to share an answer. He instead sent me a long text that included his fees. We paid Perry nearly $20K for the work on our house, and he refused to answer a follow up question. I'm astounded at the lack of professionalism exhibited by Perry and can't imagine a situation where I'd use them again.
Updated after learning more. I'm embarrassed to admit I agreed to Leitner Electric's con to charge us $100 each to replace several of our LED bulbs, while they completed other work for us. These replacement bulbs cost $10-15 and anyone who can screw in a lightbulb can easily replace the bulbs. Since it takes less than 5 minutes to make each update, Leitner probably made $1000-1500 an hour by charging their absurd rates. We agreed to the price only because we weren't yet in the home and couldn't see the extent of the work he was completing. Avoid working with Leitner at all costs, as he will take advantage of you if he gets the chance.
