Pressure Washing reviews in Blue Ash, Ohio

I am very disappointed in the Job Clearly Amazing did cleaning the outside of the windows of my home. The last time I had them they did an excellent job and was very pleased.
This time however, they used a spray gun to clean the windows and then used a brush to wipe them off. So I have several windows with bubble imprints at the bottom .
Then they refuse to clean 3 windows on my back porch saying they were not on the list. I have no idea where the list came from. He also told me he did not have the equipment to clean them located on the porch. He called someone from the company and they said I was lucky last time! So therefore I cannot give Clearly Amazing a good rating. I paid them what was quoted to me but did not get the job I paid for! -
After getting surprise price increases, we turned on our roof lined lights and 1/2 are burnt out and the other 1/2 were replaced with LED when the strand is warm lights.

We had issues with shoddy and sketchy installation. At tear down, this employee kicked and broke a flying pig ceramic statue and did not acknowledge it (I have a ring video). I asked again as they were leaving and no one acknowledged that it happened.

“Clearly Amazing” has been our go-to for gutter cleaning, exterior window washing, and Christmas (and Halloween) light installation for a while now. We couldn’t be more pleased. We highly recommend their service, communication and pricing.

I'll be honest, I wasn't "Amazed" by Clearly Amazing. They did a good job with power washing the driveway and patio. However, I would not recommend at all using them for anything other than that. The window washing and "gutter brightening" I received was poorly done. I pointed out a few areas that needed retouching after they were completed, but in the end, I was just wanted them to leave so I said "it's fine".
I would also point out that the information the crews receive about each job isn't accurate. They don't seem to look at each work order and I had to remind them at the start what they were here for.
Another thing that annoyed me was the fact that nearly all the crew members smoked in my backyard while on the clock. I made a point to check for butts in the grass when they left. It also seemed odd to me that there was one guy power washing and the other three were sitting in the grass, on their phones, smoking. At least do something that shows an attention to detail. Maybe wiping the windows to prevent water spots would be a better use of time.
I wish I would've just stuck with the power washing. It would have been cheaper and I probably would've been happier. -
This company lacks any customers service. They pressure washed my deck and did extensive damage, see photos. After months of complaining they sent out two technicians who reviewed the damage and took responsibility. They even explained how the vibration of the hose from the pressure wand caused it because the operator did not take care. DO NOT USE this company!

Final update: use a different company. At teardown they kicked over and broke a ceramic flying pic statue (the ear). Did not acknowledge it. I asked again after reviewing the video footage and the employee still didn't acknowledge he did anything. Photos and videos by request.
3rd Update: the revised lighting job on our 4 front columns are starting to fall off/down on night 3 of being up :(
Original Review:
We didn't want a half-effort or mediocre job in hanging minimal Christmas lights around 4 tall columns and the front roof line of our home. The finished job from this afternoon tells me the crew must have been...not "all with it". There are cords all over the walkways, exterior walls, and the column lights are extremely asymmetrical. This looks worse than if I were to just do it myself (I am not handy). I wish this would let me post pictures but I have them upon request.
UPDATE:
Clearly Amazing came back to our house yesterday to make it right after we called about our experience. The 2nd crew came back and acknowledged the shoddy installation and said they hire seasonal staff that are inexperienced. The revised job looks good--the 2nd crew did a beautiful job. I got a phone call from Clearly Amazing today asking me if I would consider changing this review. I have changed to 2 stars from 1 star because everyone who has spoken with us with management from Clearly Amazing has had empathy, contrition and have been pleasant... However, I explained to Clearly Amazing that it seems no one relayed or cared/acknowledged the sketchiest/weirdest/most troublesome issue we had with their employees at our house:
The crew inexplicably brought their ladder to the back roof near the end of installation. The job was lighting only the front columns and front horizontal roof overhang line. Why did they bring the ladder through the porch to our back deck to access the back roof; that is really weird?
Surveillance footage only records them talking about the views from the back deck and roof; there were no cameras actually on the roof. The crew had no business to be on the back roof and that experience was pretty weird.
Clearly Amazing explained on the phone their seasonal members are background checked and vetted. Yet, how could one not have lingering uneasiness about this experience? We will be turning on our security system 24/7 and adding roof surveillance because of this. We hired Clearly Amazing for a smooth, simple Christmas light installation after we have hesitated pulling the trigger for years. We finally got Christmas lights. The final end result of the lights are indeed Amazing. But Clearly it was not smooth. -
Just came in from the cold as I spent my Saturday morning redoing the work I paid them to do.
I hired them last year to do my Christmas lights and was reasonably satisfied. I thought the price was high ($800 for icicle lights on the roof of a 1 story ranch house, bushes, and run out to a small maple tree in the front yard) but overall was satisfied. They offered a substantial discount for paying early for this year's lights so I did. First they called and they wanted to put them in BEFORE HALLOWEEN when I still had my Halloween stuff up and revoke my discount if I didn't agree. After some arguing they gave in and installed them the Monday after Halloween. Fine.
The installation lasted all of 2 days before it was falling down because they only used a clip about every 10 feet of lighting. That's the first pictures. I called and complained and they did come and add more clips-BINDER CLIPS. Like, from your office. That's the second round of pictures, and it still wasnt' enough to keep the lights from falling/blowing and getting all twisted up on the roof. I finally just bought my own light clips on Amazon and fixed it myself. I want my $600 back.
