Steve called my promptly about my sewer pipe. He listened to what I was seeing then explained how the drain works. He was very helpful with his explanation and trusted that the pipe was operating normally.

First, I have never, ever posted a review. Probably a great plumber, I'll never know. John was too rude, condescending, and disrespectful on the 2 minute 37 second phone encounter to desire anything more from this company. I now know I am "making my problem far more confusing than it actually is" and my " logic of the problem is very difficult to follow". This is probably a case of a great tradesman being a very bad customer service person. Dealing with the public takes real skill. I could never talk to people in this fashion in my employ and remain successful. I will spend my consumer dollars elsewhere.

Called Brecksville Plumbing on Tuesday. Jim (the owner) called me back first to ask about our problem, then called later in the evening to tell us he could be there first thing in the morning @ 8:30. Arrived early. Spent the entire day fixing our problem and explaining to me in detail the problem, how it happened, how to prevent in the future, and solutions based on cost, timing, etc. FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY!! THIS is our plumber from here on out!! A +++

I had a nagging pounding noise in my plumbing. I couldn’t figure it out. Steve, from Brecksville plumbing came over and figured out the problem. I sleep much better without the noise.
Steve was very polite and did good work.

Keith came out our familys house and diagnosed and fixed our sum pump in the same day he also fixed our water pressure and our replaced faucets that were leaking. He did a excellent job great customer service we recommended Brecksville to the rest of our family in the area!

Great experience here when we had a leaking disposal and toilet that needed to be replaced. The company is local, there is no fee for them to come out, and our technician Ary was extremely knowledgeable and meticulous. He also wore shoe covers and cleaned up afterwards. We will definitely use them again.

Our sewer backed up in our bathrooms/showers due to a poorly installed sewer line from an old basement bathroom addition. Jim came out on a Saturday two days after we contacted him, jackhammered up the basement floor and repaired the sewer line section that caused the back-up. We are very happy to have our bathrooms/showers working again. Thanks so much Jim!

Great company and great service. Knowledgeable and will go out of their way to complete any work on your schedule. Had a leaking gas line underground that they came and replaced. The two technicians got the job done all in one day despite several complications in a row. They pressure tested my entire system before leaving to make sure the job was done properly. My only complaint was a hidden $80 fee for the estimate that was not disclosed at the time I made the appointment by phone. It's a diagnostic fee explained by Steve. The problem was I already knew what it needed as the leak was obvious. All I needed was an estimate for the work. But still the best company out there.

Steve came out to our home today and replaced a sink faucet. He did a wonderful job and I was very happy with the work. Steve also tested our water pressure and temperature to make sure they were accurate. This company is the one you should call for your plumbing needs.

I first used Brecksville Plumbing to replace my hot water tank. I was very satisfied with the work and the cost was reasonable. So when I needed plumbing work I called Brecksville Plumbing. The fixed the sewer pipe going to my septic tank. The work done was excellent, so I had them return to fix the rest of my bathroom plumbing job. They replaced the sump pump and cleaned the sump area. The work they do is excellent, they clean up when they are done, the prices are reasonable. They are now my go to plumbers and I would happily recommend them to anyone.
