Accessed the problem and fixed it on the spot based on info I provided when the appointment was scheduled. Repair was neat and quick. Not cheap, but on par with other companies. Felt confident about them working on a Thermador.

I had my microwave handle and support replaced and the handle broke with minimal usage in couple of months. The support is also chipped. Called as it was supposed to be under warranty but was told only the parts are under warranty and I need to pay for the labor and service again. I called again for just getting the parts that are under warranty and told that it doesn’t work that way and they won’t replace the broken parts. Very disappointing. Please read all terms and understand that the service and workmanship is poor before selecting this company.

The technician did a great job because Jenn Air sent the wrong part and he was able to use the parts of my old front panel of the stove and transfer it to the other part I was sent. He was done quickly and efficiently. Now I have a new front panel that isn’t dented. Thank you!

Very good. Came out right away. Wolf oven checked out without a repair needed. In warranty visit. Gave good advice on how to operate the Wolf oven.

Total appliance needed 1 week after receipt of parts to service my refrigerator under warranty. The mfr. first sent the wrong parts. So two weeks later, the repairman found he could not fix it. Another week to get the right parts plus another week to schedule installation. From start to finish, it took one MONTH for my refrigerator to be repaired.

Friendly and knowledgeable technician. Texted made prior to arrival. Service was prompt. Completely fixed and I highly recommend.

I have used total appliance repair for the last 15 years. Several months ago we bought a new KitchenAid refrigerator, which seemed to be extremely noisy. We just spent $2800 and we’re extremely disappointed as we’ve owned KitchenAid dishwashers, refrigerators, ovens, and cooktops in the past and always been extremely satisfied. Our last KitchenAid Refrigerator lasted 20 years. I called KitchenAid under warranty three months in and they sent someone other than total appliance repair. On two different, occasions they told me these refrigerators are mass produced and we should expect them to be noisy. That’s just the way it is now, they don’t make them like they used to, I was told. Being extremely frustrated, I finally called KitchenAid warranty department a third time and insisted I wanted total Appliance to come out. They sent Brian out who is one of their veterans. He assured me that my brand new refrigerator fan was defective. He had one in his truck and replaced it on the spot. He resolved our issue and we are extremely pleased with our new refrigerator. So disappointed that KitchenAid didn’t send total Appliance out the first time. I knew that they could take care of me and that this was not acceptable level of noise for our new $2800 refrigerator. Thanks total appliance repair for coming to our rescue. We are so grateful. Bob Taussig

179.00 just to show up at our house to perform a $5 fix is a little stiff. I understand that your experience and position of leverage allows you to dictate a calling price but it feels like I’m being gouged. Is it possible you can keep the calling price but reduce it against the service given. Cut the calling price in half? I guess you are not in fear of pricing yourself out of business or in fact get a bad rap overtime.

The technician was helpful and fixed the issue quickly. I was disappointed that despite my initial appointment being pushed back to later in the day because of staffing issues, the appointment was later rescheduled for the next day when the technician was expected to arrive. It created difficulty in trying to be available the next day when the appointment was rescheduled.

Before calling this company be aware That they have so far the highest service charge I found. They charge $109 for the first appliance and even though they’re going to the same exact location, they’ll charge $75 for the second! The original idea of the service fee was to make up for the time and gas of the trip so why two charges oh because you can get away with it no thanks! These companies need to post these fees on their website and infirm customers BEFORE, but they wait unless you ask which I did. These upfront service fees were supposed to be t”rip charges” which makes sense, but why a second fee if no other trip. Because u can get away with it? That’s called gouging I will take my work elsewhere.
