The employees called 30 minutes before arrival. They quoted me the minimum for what we needed to have removed and they worked seamlessly to remove the various items from my garage that day.

Will never work with a company that harasses potential customers like this. I started filling out information for an estimate on their website but then realized I could text for an estimate. The estimate didn’t work for me so I said no thanks. I have gotten 2 additional phone calls and a text from information they pulled from the INCOMPLETE online application, including a call while I was actively texting them in the first place. Super creepy and invasive. It’s 2026, Junk King, NO means NO.

EDIT: Since posting only a few hours ago, I have been contacted AGAIN. Leave me alone, you have permanently lost a potential customer.

Chris has been out to the house multiple times now. The jobs they do are difficult.
But he is always pleasant. I have to give them credit. It’s hard work. Chris and team have cleaned out my basement and attic. Heavy, awkward items. And the job is completed quickly and efficiently. Every time.
Highly recommend this company. Pricing is very reasonable and I can depend on them to be there in the two hour window provided.

The Junk King team were all very friendly and professional. From the initial contact by phone to the removal of my old mattress, the experience was great. To top it off, the team of two very nice gentlemen opened and unboxed my new mattress. Excellent experience.

Fantastic experience! Got a piece of furniture moved out within 2 hours of submitting an online request, and the job took them less than 5 minutes. So easy and would definitely use again!

The 2 removal guys were very professional and VERY CAREFUL!
They went slow with my junk washer and dryer and did not nick any walls or doors! Picked up my old heavy air compressor like it was light.

Need something out of your house? These are the folks to call!! I messaged for an appointment for a quote at 4pm last night. David got them to my home by 8:35am the next morning. I received a heads up call while they were on their way. I was floored by how reasonable they are!! All three of the guys who showed up were so nice and friendly. I could not ask for a better experience! If you need stuff disposed of, these are the folks to call! I will definitely use them again when the need arises. Highly recommended! Wonderful experience!!
