House Cleaning reviews in Brook Park, Ohio

Excellent carpet cleaning for 1774 sqft. Thank you and be blessed.

Showed up on time! Did an awesome job! Great prices! Highly recommended 👍

Did a fantastic job with helping reorganize my basement clutter and cleaning the floor afterward! Highly recommend!

We gave scheduled services from Rican on three occasions. Always on time, neat work, GREAT results. Would recommend Ricardo White fit your next project. 5 ✨

They came last minute right before Thanksgiving to clean my carpet and do a general cleaning of my house. They were on time, did an amazing job, and the customer service was incredible!! I would refer them to anyone I know. Thanks again Ricsan!!!

I contacted Rick to come and give a quote on carpet cleaning. Not only was it a good quote, he was prepared and performed the cleaning the same day. I am very happy with the results and the service he provided.

Incredible job cleaning, waxing original hardwood floors and bathroom ceramic tile! Ricsan Services brought our floors back to life! Timely, professional and impeccable to detail. Very efficient in moving things around, too. Highly recommend their services, such a blessing to support a small business that is committed to excellence. Thank you!

I will admit we were a bit reluctant to hire RicSan Services as they are a new service provider in our area. The customer service was excellent! Ricardo and Sandy did a phenomenal job cleaning our carpets. They were on time, very courteous, very detail oriented, and fairly priced. We will definitely continue to support them as well as all other local small businesses. Will definitely recommend to anyone!

I was referred to RicSan Services by a good friend. After meeting the owner, doing a walk through and discussing price, I sent the info to my daughter. She then spoke to him and hired him. Ricardo didn't disappoint, I feel he went above and beyond what I had requested and did an amazing job!! His pricing is quite affordable and I highly recommend anyone looking for cleaning services consider him. You won't go wrong by supporting a small local business and definitely will not be disappointed.

Professional, thorough, timely and friendly! So grateful for being able to trust Ricky's services and product - always look forward to the inspiration and positivity that he brings to the site and that is so present in his work ethic. May God continue to bless your business and those you serve.

Ricardo was late for an 8 o’clock appointment. He chose, when he arrived at 8:20. His wonderful personality and smile started the day off right. He and his lovely daughter Jordan got started an cleaned our Coach! I am very pleased with their workmanship, and very grateful that he was able to get me in on such short notice. I would be happy to use him again for other jobs. I need around my house.

Not only were they very professional, they did a great job and were half the cost of Stanley Steamer! Thank you for such great service.

great company! great service! fair pricing! I use them for all my rental properties!

This was the 5th time that we had Dan Norsic clean our carpets. He has always been on time, friendly, cooperative & a pleasure to work with!

Really great work. Friendly and really care about their job and what they are cleaning. Very professional and communicative

Did not come on the day promised. Gave us a quote did not honor that quote. Carpet cleaner had broken wheel. Did not move furniture. Do not use them.

We just moved into an old house, and found Cleveland Steamer on Groupon. They did a great job! The carpet looks great!

Did a nice job.
My only problem was being told that I owed $20.00 "mileage charge" after they had completed the cleaning.
Other than that, they did an OK job.

Carpet looked really good. Ended up costing an add'l $33 for the stairs and hallway. Since the rooms are so small I thought the hallway would be free, but it wasn't.

They did a really great job on my carpet it looks wonderful. Very nice guys and got the job done. Thank you again

Just had carpet & apolstry done. .. staff was on time, knowledgable, recomended an encapsulator/deotorizer for pet used rooms & completed in timely fashion. ... moved furniture as needed( had everything off tables, dressers, etc...)
Apolstry & carpet looks amazing now! Thanks!!
