Thank you so very much for installing my generator. Your crew was so professional, knowledgeable, and kept the area neat and clean. I highly recommend ARP Heating Company. Ed and Edna of Lakemore

Very Professional company. My furnace broke and they came out right away and estimated what needed to happen. Within days they installed a brand new furnace. Owner made several trips on site during the process. Love doing business with your company.
Thanks Again

The guys were polite & professional. I had a new furnace & hot water tank installed, it was listed as a 1 1/2 day job, they had us up & running by dinner time the same day. I would highly recommend this company!

Andy is always willing to talk through what my needs are; everyone at ARP is friendly and professional; they always follow up on installation and service calls... highly recommend

They installed a generator for us last year. Power surge on July 3rd caused an issue with the generator. It was running because transfer switch tripped & inside wires were burned up. I called on July 4th at 6:40 AM & the owner of the company answered my call then came out two times on the holiday to fix our generator & ensure we wouldn’t be without power in case of a storm over weekend. Great service!

Andy was very helpful and gave me solutions for my problems. He explains everything and even came out on a Sunday for an emergency when the company that installed my generator would not. I would definitely use them in the future and for any generator or electrical needs.

I have used ARP at all 3 homes I have owned over 20 years. They are the absolute best. Always responsive. Always on time. Always professional. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Gino came out on time and promptly fixed my issue. He was nice and knowledgeable. If i ever need service again it will be with ARP!

Heater shut off in the dead of winter. Called ARP because their tag was on the boiler for its last service call. Their very rude and condescending tech attempted to take advantage of the situation by claiming the boiler needed replaced. I specifically asked if it could be cleaned, repaired, or otherwise made to run without replacement. Their tech assured me not.
They quoted a new, decidedly low-end boiler: $6k. I called for (2) other opinions. First competitor indicated the boiler could be repaired via a part replacement, second indicated the boiler could be cleaned. I also got quotes for a new boiler from both. Both quotes came in over 40% lower than ARP's boiler quote ($4.3k and $4.2k respectively) for the same model boiler quoted by ARP. I understand business costs very well, but a greater than 40% price difference stinks of dishonesty.
Ultimately I went with the cleaning ($200 vs $6k? no brainer). The boiler was up and running the next day vs the week lead time ARP quoted me for their replacement boiler.
Steer clear of this company unless you enjoy being ripped off. Their techs are dishonest and rude, and the service is substandard at best. Furthermore, I find it entirely reprehensible that a business would leave a family without heat in the dead of winter (8 degree weather) in the hopes of gouging them for replacing a heating unit that is perfectly functional. When greed drives the business model, customers are better served elsewhere. -
Can’t say enough good things about this company and it’s employees!
Have been doing business with them since 2017, when they replaced one of our 2 original Carrier units from 1992
On afternoon of July 3rd this year, the second unit from 1992 stopped working
His office staff were helpful in talking us through measures we could try until they could make it out.
Despite a heat wave and a heavy work load, Andy made it out first thing on July 4 th
Very professional, courteous. Just a nice guy
Took care of the problem quickly
Top notch service all around! -
We got our new Lenox 98% efficiency furnace and thermostat from ADL Heating eight weeks ago. We’ve been cozy ever since, even in the most frigid weather, with perfect humidity and none of the cold spots in our house we previously experienced. The ADL furnace installation was efficient and quick. (A visitor wanted to stand and admire the orderly installation.) Everything on the installation is squared up nicely to the eye. The copper tubes and polyethylene tubing are fastened neatly and snugly. Needless to say, we are very pleased and have been especially well served by ADL Heating.

I've used ARP heating and cooling for years. The entire crew and office staff are as good as they get. They are always on time and call ahead to confirm. They are respectful while working in or outside my home. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

These guys are great! My 27 year old furnace died right after Christmas. They came out immediately to try and help. The first time they didn't have the part needed to do the repair so they did not charge me for the visit. They came out the next day and we discovered the part was no longer made. They got the old furnace running until it could be replaced, again no charge. The technicians were very professional and polite. During the installation they showed up when they said they said they would and were very neat, and respectful of my home. The owner personally came to check on the installation. The owner was understanding and very helpful as was his office staff. I can't say enough good things about this company. I will be a customer for life.

My fuse was blowing in my hvac unit. Had Arp out and they replaced a fuse...over 300.00 dollars. New fuse breaks 2 weeks later. Arp replaces fuse..175.00. 2 weeks later fuse blows again. I'm not paying another 200 to 300 dollars to trouble shoot a problem I already spent 500 to investigate. I do not recommend! I called again on Friday before Memorial Day weekend and still haven't received a return call.

We called ARP and they were able to come out next day and fix our condensation pump on our AC unit. We had Tony. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Replaced the pump for us and added an outlet to the unit in about an hour and a half. Cost was very reasonable as well.

Heroes drive white vans and go by Andy. We woke up on 30 degree Thanksgiving morning to no heat. My wife was 8 months pregnant, our 3 year old wasn't happy, and we had a turkey to bake. Being new home owners, we hesitantly called the number on our furnace at 7am. To our surprise, someone answered and by 8am Andy, the ARP owner, was in our basement fixing our furnace. He entertained our toddler with step-by-step instructions throughout the repair. Look no further than ARP for all your heating and cooling needs...we know we won't.

I want to thank Andy and his staff for being understanding and cooperative, with my situation. I was having my home waterproofed, so the front yard looked like a war zone. I made sure ARP was kept in the loop as to what was going on and if I needed anything. When the time came for the installation of my furnace and ac system, his guys were very professional. They did most of the work on Friday before the July 4th holiday and had ac. They finished up on Tues the 6th. If anyone needs a recommendation for furnace, ac or other HVAC work without hesitation I will say "Call ARP' Thanks Andy

From the moment that I met with Andy Pech, owner of ARP Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. I was impressed with his methodical approach, knowledge, and professionalism. Every step of the process from the initial discussion of purchase options to the installation of my furnace, A/C and thermostat was a 5-Star experience. The team of install technicians were friendly, punctual and highly professional. I felt at ease during the entire process. The team of three technicians were top notch. They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up after they finished. Every operational detail of the HVAC system was throughly explained.
The bottom line is if you are looking for a reasonable, friendly and honest heating and air conditioning company I highly recommend you call Andy Pech, ARP Heating and Air Conditioning. You won't be disappointed!

I have been using them for years now. Service technicians are top notch, clean up after service well and are on time. This time my aged furnace died, and they were able to install a new heater and a/c the next day. I couldn't be happier. Front office has always been helpful and cheerful on the phone.

We own a Generac backup generator. In Sept 2021 they came to our home in Medina. The Generac wouldn't automatically come on and my husband tried the manual start and it wouldn't turn over. Called ARP. They came out and repaired it. I knew it was working then because I could hear the automatic test once a week. The latest ice storm here in York Twp cut power and again the Generac wouldn't come on automatically or manually. Called ARP and made appointment. Buddy came out. Very nice man but he said our unit was older than he had ever worked on and wasn't comfortable with it. Made appointment with Andy to come out today 3/3/22. My husband saw him sitting in the truck so went outside. Andy said Can't I drive up to it? No. Then when he saw the unit he said it was old and he didn't want to work on it. My husband said he had a terrible attitude. Of course we don't want ARP back. Andy is the owner and since they were out last Sept they knew the age. Generac wasn't happy either. They want professional people to service Generac. They referred me to Blind & Sons in Barberton. They fixed a warranty.issue I had with a furnace in the commercial building I built. They were very good. Have appointment with them tomorrow. I can not recommend ARP at all for Generac service.

ARP is an outstanding HVAC company! The technician on my last call (Tony G, aka T3) has been out to my home before to complete the yearly service work on my furnace and air conditioner. Tony is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The owner of ARP (Andy) runs a tight ship, and I could not ask for a better HVAC company. I highly recommend ARP due to their technicians and great office staff!
