After a very long 5 months of frustration to have this brand new cooktop repaired - BOTH of the repair technicians today were amazing and made everything right FINALLY!

Technician said he was unable to find the part and that I should try finding it. He then said he had other places to be and left.

Technician seemed very thorough was friendly and solved our problem

Joe was helpful to work with.

Timothy was efficient, informative and kind. He diagnosed the problem quickly and discussed our options.

Great service. Prompt, efficient, courteous. But did not fix the washer. It does not agitate now. Before it didn't fill.
Now, it at least it fills.

Timothy did an excellent job with installing the new part and testing everything out to make sure everything was working ok. He cleaned up the floor afterwards.

I would give no stars if I could. Had an appt. today. Tech called and said he would be here between 1-5. No one ever showed, no one ever called with an update . I called Sears at 5:00 to see what was going on and was transferred and sat on hold for 45 min. I will take another day off work and find someone else.

Lowes uses the service of this company. A guy came out it took nine weeks to get them here. I have a faulty coil in my refrigerator. It has been four weeks… No word from Lowes or Sears. This is disgusting. I have lost an entire refrigerator full of food twice. That's a total of $700 which is nearly the cost of my refrigerator. I would never use this company again.

Timothy was an excellent technician. I wish we could have kept him for our LG fridge warranty work. Administration and customer service was frustrating. Not enough humans to staff the phone lines.
