Circle G came out and repaired my dental office air conditioning unit very promptly and at a reasonable price! They are very friendly and easy to work with.

I had them put in a new hot water tank. They were here when they said they were going to be, and very professional. They got it in in a timely manner and they didn't leave until they were sure everything was right. Also, they are reasonable in pricing compared to other places.

Mike showed up after 3 times of not confirming an appointment and acted like it was my fault for not calling him to cancel (distance is 4+miles). Would of given gas money. I told him his receptionist didnt even tell me he knew. She said she or him would get back with me. Sorry I'm not a victim waiting for them to charge a large sum. I happen to be an aircraft mechanic with some bank. If he didnt walk off like a child telling me not to call them again he could of made money looking over my unit for a problem and preventitive maintanence. But whatever. Tip for peeps around ashland company's ask if this is an emercency. That is code for disparate. Less you are in an emergency stand your ground. Good day. Plz excuse typos.

We called 13 days ago when our boiler quit working. 5 days later he came to our house and diagnosed the problem. That was 8 days ago. Now with temps dropping below freezing we are still without heat in our basement and no answers as to when it can be repaired. The lady who answers the phone says they have no control over when parts are shipped and I can take my business elsewhere when I disagreed with her.

Used Circle G for the first time today for furnace check and heat pump check. I was very impressed with the service and the technician. The technician was very friendly and informative. I definitely recommend Circle G and will use them again.

Mike? called around 11:00am and said he would try to be here @ 2:30 or so if possible to fix our Coleman Electric Furnace. I had replaced several parts in the last week+ and still having problems. We were expecting a major cold front and temps. in the low 30's with snow the next day. He came @ about 12:00pm and he did not leave until he had our Furnace running and heating as it should @ 3:30 or so. The Furnace is older and was very frustrating to diagnose the problem(s) but he felt that he could figure it out and he did. I gotta give him major props as I knew that his legs & back probably hurt and his feet kept going to sleep due to the position he was in while working. HE WAS GREAT!!
We've had Circle G here in the past for our Outdoor AC Unit and this same Furnace. They are prompt, courteous and extremely fair on the Bill. They won't leave until the Heat/AC is ON and the customer is satisfied. We'll be customers as long as they're around.

Circle G Plumbing is a great local family owned company. I'd highly recommend them. Hannah in the office is great at communicating, she is very organized and is informative when it comes to in the field production.

Great people that comes out and gets work done. I do recommend them. One thing I didn’t like was that, it took guy to come out get a part from my house and to get new part at Cleveland took over 2hours! I was charged 3 1/2 hours for work that was maybe less than 2 hours max! Part was free labor was(pulling part out and replacing). Even if I’m paying them to go get the part(other person was suppose to meet them halfway and arrangement was made day before) so max I’ll say 1 hour. Anyways, they got the work done so I’m happy. Just becareful with the scratchy charges of getting part and how long they take because you’re being charged for that! Wish they told before. Guy took little over 2hours to go get the part! So I was overcharged on the hours. So becareful!
