Joe Ramsey and his team were great! It took about a day to complete the work. They were very thorough in their cleanup and putting everything back the way it was. The team was respectful and kept us up to date through the entire process. Our Nationwide insurance forked the bill for us due to storm damage and the process was super easy. We would work with Campbell again and recommend them to others for roofing.

I had the most amazing experience with Campbell Restoration. I had a fire at my home and had to have my siding in the back replaced along with all my windows. The made me back whole. Everyone I worked with was kind and showed empathy. They were also had amazing communication. Rob Taylor was the project manager and he did a phenomenal job making sure everything worked out smoothly. If you ever need your home restored for any reason, I highly recommend this company!

Rob Joe and Joel were great to work with. At first we had a tough time getting a floor that we liked to be in stock or still manufactured but finally we got there. They answered all my questions, and got back to me promptly when I had to leave a message. My floor is just what we wanted and professionally installed. Would definitely call and/or recommend again.

We were very satisfied with the service we received from Campbell and our project manager Rob. We got involved with them through our insurance company after a negligent plumber (a story for another review) flooded our house necessitating the replacement of most of the floors. Not only was the work of high quality, but it was executed in such a way as to show that they cared about the quality and our satisfaction. They worked with us closely to ensure that the job was completed to our full satisfaction and there was a high level of attention to detail. The highest compliment I can give is that they approached the work as if it were their own house which is an unfortunately rare quality these days. Rob exemplified this approach to service with his thoughtfulness and tidiness. Communication was excellent throughout and they were easy to schedule with. The work was finished promptly; we would gladly use them for other jobs.

Campbell gets my highest recommendation. Due to a severe storm, my parents' house had a septic backup that did extensive damage on the ground floor. Everyone at Campbell did a terrific job. The mitigation team, led by Aarion, came the next day and cleaned everything without any fuss. The restoration was beautifully done. Chris Buck was the project manager, and he saw to it that everything was done correctly. This involved plumbing, sheetrock, painting, new flooring, new bath vanity. Joel was a big help planning all the new materials. Tim and Karen in the office were always helpful. I have a lot of experience with restoration companies, and this is the best. It is locally owned and everyone takes pride in their work. They want you to be happy with the results. They go above and beyond what you expect.
