I had my shower drain pipe frozen and another issue causing a downpour of water out of my siding. The techs that came out were not only able to fix my issues but most importantly, their customer service was on point! These guys were so personable, informative, helpful, and respectful. I’ll recommend them and them only going forward. They replaced my AC unit this past summer too. Old condo with old appliances and a bit of a fixer upper. So I’m sure I’ll be calling them again in the future. I certainly hope I don’t have to though (knock on wood) 😅

We have had a great experience with 5-star home services. Adam was able to come out to diagnose our furnace the same day. The problem was very difficult to recreate but once he figured it out he offered a couple of options to hopefully fix it. Adam was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with this homeowner.

Mitch, was a great tech. He was on time explained everything took care of all the problems. He goes above and beyond give them a raise. Make sure you take care of your employees very well. He’s an outstanding employee.
