Called customer service to get information on products offered. I spoke to Aaron and he was wonderful!!! He answered all my quirky questions with enthusiasm and great information!!!

I ordered a furnace. The date I ordered it, I was given a delivery date of 10 days. The email they sent gave a delivery date of 19 days. How long does it take to ship something 800 miles away, at the furthest distance? When asked to expedite, they said they can't. That's ridiculous.

Do not trust this company. We did not receive what we ordered. Company asked us for clarification of order. We sent it and they acted like they did not receive it. We called company three times for help and NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. Do not purchase from this company, they will not stand by their employee promises. Do not purchase anything from Hamilton.

This company lied to me I. I would not recommend this company at all!

Gave Aaron O'Dell a call when I needed to get a straight answer about the best options for replacing my A/C. For those who don't frequent this type of industry space much, it is hard to help or teach yourself. This guy is the definition of professional. Gave me clear advice, product information, good anecdotes to help with making sure I understood. 11/10 would recommend for any assistance you need with purchasing or inquiries into your AC.

I had an issue with my furnance so I contacted the supply store nearest me. It just so happened to be Hamilton, and what a pleasure. Great help and customer service. The salesperson went above and beyond in helping me purchase the part I needed, and guiding me on installing the part. Will definitely recommend this store to others, couldn't ask for better service and nicer folks.

Really had pretty good costumer service, they replaced the actuator after it went bad in less then a week. I had to pay up front. I'm not aware of the payment being refunded yet. As for the humidifier....It was installed to exact specs. Im having to run another large floor model and that i had previously and am filling it just as much as I was before. Also the actuator is stuck open again....I'm unhappy with the product and will be either returning or replacing it.

Great products and even better customer service. Using their whole home humidifier for decades. Service line was happy to help with my questions after install.

I’m a contractor but not an HVAC contractor. I ordered 3 furnaces for our property. 2 went in flawlessly and worked great. The 3rd had an issue and they took care of it within 5 minutes of being notified. Great company to work with.

I purchased a used Hamilton series WHG, 75,000 btu hanging garage heater at a garage sale. So I called them for conversion to propane kit and misc parts and spoke to Aaron in customer service. He was awesome! He answered all my questions and told me what parts to order at the website. I screwed up the order and over order a few parts. Well, I was shocked the next day when Aaron called me up at 10am and took the time to straighten up my order. I received the order the next day before noon! I can't say enough about the customer service by Aaron at Hamilton! Thanks Aaron for going above and beyond!

Ordered two units from Homedepot and got a called from Aaron from Hamilton Home Products asking more details and suggested we should get a smaller unit instead for our square footage. Aaron also helped us canceled the order and sent us the link to order the right one from Homedepot. Aaron was very helpful, friendly, professional, and knows his trade super well. As home owners we were lucky to be served by a professional like Aaron.

Purchased a Winchester 80,000 BTU Central Heating and Air Conditioning unit new from Home Depot in 2019 which was a product of Hamilton Home Products. At the time of purchase it came with a 10 year parts warranty.
In July of this year 2024 the motor went out on the interior furnace unit.
I called Hamilton Home Products to file a warranty claim and was informed by a representative that the parts warranty ran out in April of this year. After numerous calls and proof sent in with the documentation showing that I had a 10-year warranty on parts. Hamilton Home Products refused to honor the warranty.
The cost of the replacement motor was $1800.00 dollars of which I paid for myself with no assistance from Hamilton Home Products to locate a replacement motor.
Do not purchase anything from this company!
They misrepresented their warranty time period and cannot be trusted.

Very scammy charged my card for the wrong items didn’t ship them now won’t return my money. When i called the hung up multiple times

Having worked with HHP on several HVAC projects over the years, I am really surprised to see negative reviews about the company. My experience with them has been positive in every way, including the price and quality of the equipment, the speed of delivery, the documentation, the warranty coverage, and the unmatched technical support. I would fully recommend them without any reservation whatsoever.

I am a non-professional DITY type who appreciates the ability to buy HVAC equipment directly for my home and rental properties. I have significant technical and mechanical expertise, but as a non-professional who does not do HVAC every day, occasionally I have questions. The staff at HHP is always quick, responsive, and accurate, to which I give much credit for the success of my projects over the years. Also, if you order something, they may contact you with some questions to ensure that you are buying the right thing. You should consider this a big favor and listen to their advice.

One side note... HVAC is complicated and you really need some prerequisite skills to pull it off. If you come to the project with existing skills and just need some help, you will get it from HHP. Conversely, if you expect someone to hold your hand and teach you from the ground up, you will be disappointed and it is not HHP's fault. So, if you are serious about this work and have the right perspective, I am sure that you will find no better friend than HHP.

Purchased in 2020 Hamilton Home Products garage heater and only recently installed. Unit did not work and when contacted Hamilton refused service or replacement claiming no parts were still available even though heat exchanger had a 10-year warranty the reasoning was they claimed the unit was old and must have been on Warehouse shelf and therefore was out of warranty

I rate a 10, 5 is too low.. Hamilton Home products has been excellent from day 1 when we ordered our furnace. There customer service is outstanding, very caring, and will help you however they can. They have been so much help and caring to my family. And there furnace is excellent. I definitely would buy from them again. I recommend purchasing from here. Excellent seller. Our daughter has a condo locally and has a service contract with Kessler. In the midst of the cold winter, her heater blower motor failed. The service tech was at her place within 4 hrs. It was a Sunday! Great service. However, he made a slight error that caused an increase in electrical consumption. When we called them about it they were on-site within 4 hrs. They quickly fixed the problem (at no charge) - even giving her a credit on her account for the increased electricity consumption. Everyone makes mistakes - but Kessler owned up to it and fixed it quickly. You cannot ask for more.
