Our AC went out on a Saturday night; Service First came out on Sunday shortly after my call to them. Greg did a fantastic job identifying the problem and making the repair for a fair price. His knowledge and experience was invaluable. Will definitely be using Service First again.

This company is aptly-named. Greg was fantastic! He really does put service first.

It all started a few weeks ago during my annual furnace tune-up when our (now previous) HVAC company informed me that two separate parts of my (7-year-old) furnace were bad and needed replaced - not covered under warranty because we purchased our home after the system had already been installed. I was then told there was nothing I could have done to prevent the deterioration of these parts, it just happens on these new systems...

Of course, I wanted a second opinion. Greg was quick to respond to my call. He came out and confirmed the parts needed replaced, AND diagnosed the source of the problem - condensation backflow through the exhaust that was causing water damage. Not only was he able to replace the parts and fix the water problem, but his pricing was also much better than the other company! He definitely earned my business - I am now a Service First customer.

Greg came and had the issue resolved quickly. Very friendly and knowledgeable, we will definitely use them again!

I reached out to Service First via Angi's List and was immediately contacted by owner's wife who confirmed that Greg, her husband, could by same day to check on furnace issue. Upon arrival as confirmed from phone call, Greg tested the unit and confirmed that motor need to be replaced. Based upon the cost of the unit and the age of furnace, best option was full furnace replacement. Now, it's 6:45pm on a Friday evening, and I have no heat. Greg contacts his installers and was able to negotiate a full installation the next day of brand new furnace at 10am. Prior to arriving, he called 30-min in advance, to confirm he was in route with unit. Installers arrived just before hima nd started removal of old unit. Greg arrived with new unit and install was completed, checked, and signed off within 1.5 hrs. Installer did full walk through of how to use new thermostat, checked all lines of A/C and water heater. During the check the installer noted a leaking valve just above my heater which was just recently installed by ECO plumbers who came out and repaired. At any rate, it was pristine install process all around from initial phone contact from wife to Greg arriving and providing excellent service. Installers fully removed and disposed of old unit as well. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for great service, at a great rate, from a great company!!!!!! It's rare these days to get this level of service in a expedited situation where the service provider does not use the situation to escalate their rates..... Great job Service First Team!!!!!

Great service! Easy to schedule, they let me know when they were on their way, went over what they’d done when the work was completed. In the future, I will call Service First for routine maintenance and if I have any issue with my furnace or air conditioner.

Greg was able to come out, properly diagnose the issue with my AC unit and get a complete unit installed within 48 hours of my first call with him. He and his team went above and beyond with installation. They were extremely respectful and professional while in my home. Had to have my heating & air conditioner cleaned & serviced as I was selling my place. Service First came out & quickly & efficiently did all the work. The prices they charged were very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Would highly recommend this company. He was very thorough, and honest. He explained in detail what was happening with my furnace, and air conditioning systems which I very much appreciated. Had them fixed just in time, as the temperature was in the high 80's, and sweltering.

Greg was awesome to work with. He was up front about everything and very reasonably priced. He was also right on time for the estimate appointment and then the day of the install. He actually finished the job a little earlier than he had originally told me. I also liked he was very particular on how he left things and how clean and neat things were left. Very nice guy to interact with and I would highly recommend using him for your HVAC needs.

Greg and Kevin were awesome! They did a fantastic job, leveling our HVAC unit as well as cleaning the coils and inspecting the system. Both were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

I got 2 A/C service company recommendations from Angi & Jennifer from Service First called w/in seconds of my request. She was very friendly & scheduled an appointment for her husband (& co-owner) to come assess our unit. Greg came on time & was also very friendly. He showed me what he discovered & determined that our unit was damaged by a landscape co. mower & provided a quote to present to HOA. I would definitely recommend this company!!

Our AC went out and I chose to take my time to quote several companies for new equipment. Greg did an excellent job explaining my options and in the end I felt his knowledge, level of care, and cost were the best combination. The equipment looks beautiful, works great, and when I had questions Greg was prompt in answering them. Service First is a great example of a local company doing it right.

Of course the heat went out on a cold Saturday! Greg (company owner) stopped by, had the parts, and got me going again...and then offered me a great deal for replacing my 25 year old furnace and AC! A few days later his team was in and out with highly efficient new units, a modern and sleek new thermostat, and a carbon monoxide detector...something I knew I should have but never got around to getting. After installation Greg called to make sure I was happy with everything and said they'd be reaching out in the spring to test the AC. I am so greatful that my friend referred Service First and was insistent that I call. Perfect kick-off to the new year!

Greg and his son were great! Had me fixed up and the house is already cooler...took a little over an hour. Worked with my home warranty company so well that they paid him before he left. Thank you, gentlemen!
