Great service. Super quick to respond, helpful and honest. We ended up signing up for their service plan during their trip here to repair our A/C.

Technicians were able to diagnose and repair my furnace immediately. They thoroughly explained the issues and how they were going to resolve them. The customer service was great! From scheduling a very convenient appointment with Jennifer to paying a very reasonable amount for the completed service. My husband and I were treated just like family!❤️

The fan of my exterior compressor/condenser AC unit stopped working just in time for the first heatwave of the 2025. On the day of my scheduled appointment, Greg gave me a call to predict his arrival time, and he showed up exactly when he predicted. Within minutes he diagnosed and fixed the problem (burned out capacitor). He also cleaned the unit and tested the refrigerant level. In less than an hour we were up and running with cold AC. The price was very reasonable. I was impressed enough to sign up for their ongoing preventive maintenance plan. I highly recommend Service First.

Overall great experience

Greg saved me from dealing with no a/c heading into a holiday weekend, last year. It was time to replace our whole system this spring so I reached out. Within 1 week I understood my options, was offered a fair deal, and the installation was complete. Love the new system and the awesome service we received.

Greg and his team were fantastic. The guy truly loves all things HVAC and is genuine with his approach on what he is presenting. He was completely cool with coming out to our house a few different times and entertain our thoughts on what we wanted while also being honest on the system we needed (and didn't need). We replaced our entire system and Greg gave us a very fair price relative to other quotes we got but I knew that I could trust him and his team to do the job properly and then provide support on our system for years to come. Can't recommend this company enough!

Greg came out quickly when I called for an old, non functional AC unit. He gave a great price to replace it, and was able to complete the work the following day. He and Kevin did efficient, tidy work, and arrived precisely when they said they would. Very happy with my new system and the service we received . Cannot recommend them enough.

I was 1000% impressed by Service First Heating & Cooling! We are first time homeowners, and our AC stopped working. Greg came out and not only was he prompt in arrival, but his service was proficient, efficient, and thorough. He was very honest, and his prices reflect that. I am so thankful to know that there are still good, honest people in the world today.

My furnace died during the night on a very cold day. I called when I woke up and a person actually answered as opposed to getting a machine. They said they could get someone here within two hours on what I’m assuming was going to be a busy day. The techs arrived when they said they would, diagnosed the problem, got the new part, and my furnace was up and running again within a few hours of my call. My part was still under a warranty and they took care of that for me. I would recommend Service First based on my experience.

Greg and his team at Service First installed a new furnace for us a few weeks ago which went very smoothly. Our furnace stopped working earlier today and we called Greg. They were out within an hour and fixed the small issue right away and we are back in business. Really appreciated the quick response.

Thankfully the work I needed done was more like user error than anything super important, so he just charged me the diagnostic fee for him to come out and look at it. That being said, of all the servicepeople I've ever had to call out to a job before, he by far would rank among the most reliable, friendly, and trustworthy I've ever dealt with. I'm so so sick of being upsold and given the go around of "well this isn't working but honestly you should buy this from me right now" spiel, that his friendly and helpful demeanor spoke volumes to me. I recommend Service First heating and cooling for any job you might be looking at in the future, as they really seem to care about the client and not about the bottom line. Thanks Greg!
