TG Plumbing & Mechanical has definitely earned my repeat business. While in Vegas, the room we were in had a bidet - a Toto Washlet. We liked it so much, we had one installed in our Blacklick residence a few years back but a now-defunct company. We called Toto's customer hotline who directed us to TG Plumbing. They arrived today and did a great job fixing our issue. When I told them how genuinely impressed I was with their level of service, they said "word of mouth" is how they benefit from such good service. They have a lifelong plumbing customer here....

On my way to work this morning i was going pass the bypass near lancaster and a guy in a TG mechanical and plumbing truck cuts over three lanes going at-least 90 in a 60 absolutely ridiculous to do in a work truck but not just that he proceeded to cut me off no turn signal and I honked at him he proceeded to speed up try to brake check me and when that didn’t work after we passed a cop on the side of the road pulling someone over he tried to push me off the road by merging into my lane which resulted in my car going passed the rumbled strips. Absolutely pathetic behavior from a grown man.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Rose Plumbing to replace my hot water heater and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a commitment to a customer satisfaction. Rose Plumbing displayed exceptional skills and knowledge. The technician who came to my house was highly experienced and quickly diagnosed my problem. The repairs were carried out efficiently, and the results were impeccable. It took him under two hours to replace my hot water tank and he also went above in beyond by putting in a pipe so if it were to leak again or fail in the future the water would go right into my drain.

Throughout the process Rose Plumbing maintained a high-level of professionalism. They arrive promptly at the scheduled time, were courteous and respectful, and took the time to explain the issue and the solution to me in a way that was easy to understand. They were very honest and transparent in their price and detailed information. They scheduled a visit to my house the very next day, and the repairs were completed in a timely manner without sacrificing quality.

Overall, my experience with Rose Plumbing was a 11/10. I can’t recommend them enough. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing assistance, and I will certainly be calling them again in the future.

Not only did Michael deliver on his service, while at the house he helped us with another plumbing issue that our home builder couldn’t fix!! Michael went above and beyond; we are truly thankful . I called Rose to take a look at a defective water heater and furnace. I was concerned about the gas line and felt uncomfortable working on it myself. I made the call, and they could come within 48 hours, which worked out just fine. Kelly was the plumber, and he was great! He did a great job communicating before his arrival, and he did a great job finding and repairing the issue as well as identifying a small gas leak on the water heater. I have also recommended Rose to many of my real estate clients, and the feedback has been superb. Rose is the first place I call if I have a plumbing issue of any kind!

After a week of sporadic hot water from our tankless water heater and 3 plumbers later, I can honestly say that the folks at Rose Plumbing are by far the best in the business. From the initial friendly phone call with Lynna, to the successful diagnosis and repair, Ryan(owner) and Cory had everything wrapped up in about two hours. They were so kind and confident throughout the whole appointment, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. I am so impressed with Rose Plumbing and highly recommend their services.

Great service provided today by Grant. He was professional and walked me thru each step of solving my plumbing issues. He tested to make sure everything was in good working order before leaving. The job entailed refitting hot water tank with copper piping, shower cartridge replacement and pressure gauge replacement. Will without a doubt have them out again for any future plumbing issues.

Grant was very professional and thorough. He listened to all of our descriptions of what's been happening. We recreated the noises we were hearing. We needed an expansion tank as well as needing our hot water tanks flushed. He took great care to remove his shoes at the door and laid plastic in case of water leaks from the drain hose. We are very happy with his work.

This is the second time I’ve used Rose Plumbing: the first time I had a gas line ran to accommodate a gas stove. The other estimates I received for this job involved cutting into the drywall and a big drywall repair job. Today I had a water softener installed and once again Grant did an awesome job and at a price that was $225.00 cheaper than the other estimates I received. I will always call Rose Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. ☺️
