I’m a truck driver and recently had a delivery scheduled here as part of an 8-stop route. I completed the first 6 deliveries well ahead of schedule because every other location was professional and willing to receive the load earlier.
When I arrived at this location for my 7th stop, I was told they would only accept the truck the next day at 4 PM, strictly according to the appointment time. I understand schedules matter, but there was no explanation such as lack of space or operational issues — just a refusal to help.
Since my freight was floor-loaded, I politely asked if they could provide a few pallets so I could reorganize and palletize the plants in advance to make tomorrow’s unloading faster and easier for everyone. Unfortunately, that request was also refused.
Truck drivers spend long hours on the road trying to stay efficient and on schedule, and small acts of cooperation can make a big difference. I hope this location considers being more flexible and supportive in the future, as professionalism and mutual respect go a long way in logistics.
I hope that person will change his job

Ok place to shop, Terrible Place to buy countertops from.

Not only did it take 2 months to get the counter tops to come out but we also had crappy contractors come out the first time and say we did the frame all wrong. We called back and complained and they sent new guys out today saying the adjustments we made were pointless like we thought but then they realized whoever did the initial measurements messed up the sink measurements and behind the sink measurements where the counter top meets the angled wall.

I know it isnt 100% home depots fault but if they are going to represent their store with installers that cause me to go without a countertop in my kitchen and now a sink for 6 weeks because we tore the old one out assuming the next day they could have it back in place for us.

Way to go, never buying a big ticket item here again.
