Just had my home cleaned for the first time and actually cried when I got home and saw all they did. They start with a "spring cleaning" and we will likely be doing monthly maintenance cleanings going forward. The owner, Jenny, came over the week before to get an idea of our needs and the square footage of the area that I wanted cleaned (as we started with just the main floor and stairs), and she was so pleasant and personable, not to mention sensitive to the vulnerability of letting strangers clean your home and very understanding and compassionate about it, not judgmental for a moment. They are very amenable and you can customize and prioritize how and what they clean. We did not opt for any organizational services but I was (pleasantly) shocked when I got home and our messy haphazard desks had been cleaned and neatly arranged! They even left a very nice note to sign off. I highly recommend this to anyone struggling to clean their own house, even if you just do it once a year. My husband was hesitant to do this but once he saw the results was very happy; he kept walking around checking areas and murmuring "five stars" with a nod lol. I think it'll be much easier for us to keep up on tidying, laundry, and other chores (which they can also do for add-on fees) when someone is doing the difficult task of cleaning, especially if we know we have a month till they come again. For all the service options and the level of care, all at a reasonable price (after tax, before tip, it cost me less than $350 for about 900 square feet), I definitely recommend this cleaning company.

We used Jenny Can cleaning before moving and chose the spring clean service. We came home to such a clean, amazing smelling home. Our bathrooms have never looked better. With having 2 big dogs that shed, you could barely find any dog hair. I would highly recommend! A very happy customer.

I found out from a friend about ACE Carpet Cleaning. I had an area rug that I wanted cleaned and she had just picked hers up. I took my rug to the company and picked it up a week later. As I was leaving I was talking to the young lady about needing to clean my floors before putting the rug back down. She mentioned Jenny-Can and what services they provided so I called them for a quote. I hired them to come just before Thanksgiving. What a great service they provided!! The 3 young ladies that showed up were very thorough and the house smelled so good after they were finished. If FELT clean and fresh! Then when I put my clean carpet down it looked like new, like the day I bought it!! I am one happy customer and plan to call them again in the Spring! So glad I did!

I recently hired Jenny Can Clean Services and couldn’t be more pleased with the results! Jenny and her team performed miracles. My brother was injured and hospitalized, and when I went to his house, it was filled with cat feces and trash everywhere; I was so overwhelmed by the look and smell. My brother could not come home from the hospital because of the condition of his house. It was a huge safety factor for him and the healthcare workers caring for him during his recovery. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Scheduling was easy, and Jenny and her team were punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough.

Jenny also provided resources for pest services, carpet cleaning, and furniture movers. All of this had to be done in a week, and Jenny made it happen with coordinator everyone. She and her team saved my brother's life by creating a clean, sterile environment for him to heal. She and her team are indeed angels among us.

They paid close attention to detail, ensuring every corner was spotless. My brother's home has never looked or smelled so fresh! I especially appreciated their eco-friendly cleaning products and their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Jenny Can came to our rescue when my daughter was moving out and I realized it was too much for us. I called Thursday for a Friday appointment and they managed to squeeze us in, even on such short notice. Her crew worked so hard and had the place looking amazing. The ladies were so sweet and thorough. I would highly recommend them. Love the pink color scheme too :)

This review has been a long time coming which is in no way an indictment of my experience with Jenny and the team. They blew me away. My wife and I found ourselves so busy that it was getting overwhelming to do more than just the day-to-day cleaning. I reached out and Jenny herself walked me through the different options. Her team nailed it. I chose the spring cleaning and it was executed to perfection. It felt like when we first built it and they even left a few little personal touches around. I highly recommend as we will be using their services for years to come.

I wanted to amend my review now that I’ve been a customer for a while, that Miranda has been doing a fantastic job cleaning my home. I have complete trust and faith in her and never have to check her work when she’s the team leader. Most importantly I know that my cat will be well loved well she’s there. I can’t say enough how pleased I am with Jenny Can Cleaning. Jenny came to my home to give me an estimate for cleaning services and I was nervous and embarrassed because I hadn’t cleaned for quite some time because of work and other issues. Jenny never once made me feel bad or ashamed of myself, just told me that’s what they are for, to take the burden and worry off me. Her staff are friendly and also treated me and my home with respect and kindness, and most especially treated my cat the same way. I was so giddy when I came home to such a clean and fresh smelling condo. I’m so glad and grateful to have made that first contact to Jenny. The only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner!!

After many years experiencing unreliable & mediocre cleaning services from an independent cleaner (and months of reading reviews/recommendations for Jenny Can), I called Jenny. We discussed my situation and frustrations with both my current cleaner and prior experience with a larger cleaning company. Jenny was attentive, honest, and straightforward AND was able to get me on the schedule the very next day for a spring cleaning. The girls did an excellent job! I can’t recommend Jenny Can Cleaning enough! They have taken so much stress out of our lives with my husband and I both working demanding full time jobs. Our house had been vacant over a year, so it was pretty dirty. Jenny's team not only cleaned it efficiently, but also pointed out a broken window in the basement, a window issue in the dining room, and helped me get a stuck light bulb out of my ceiling fan.
