Eric went above and beyond while servicing my property. It was a job well done!

I called Eric to take care of fallen leaves. They did an excellent job at a fair price. I highly recommend this company.

I saw somebody representing this company acting very unprofessional and talking smack to a competitor on a local Facebook page. The worst part is, the images they shared to show off their "work" looked like somebody gave a 6 year old their mower and said have at it. To top it all off, when insulting the man on Facebook, he felt it was necessary to call out his race, like that had anything to do with their skill in lawn care. 0/10. Would never recommend.

Update: Since the owner responded pretending to be clueless, I've decided to share a couple of screenshots showing how a few other people thought about their comments. There are plenty more on the thread.

When I needed next day lawn service they made it happen! They did a great job on my lawn and took care of the weeds in my driveway. Definitely would recommend and I plan on using their services in the future. 👍

Great service, quick and reliable to getting the service done. Communicates well about when they will come and giving information on when things will get done. Always ended with a satisfied lawn in the end!

Eric and Karla did a great job clearing the leaves from our back and front yard. We have two huge maple trees in the back and a large magnolia in the front. Leaves were everywhere. All total we had 32 paper leaf bags packed full. When they were done there were no leaves anywhere. The yard was cleared out and looked great. We will definately have them do work for us again. We highly recommend their company and them for all your outdoor lawn care needs.

I had a plowing service set up for this season who did not show up after being paid and I had Elderly parents who had appointments to go to. I messaged Eric and they were out within two hours to clear out all the snow so we can get to our appointments. Professional and did a great job we are very grateful

Eric cannot say I wasn't a possible customer. He showed up in a silver sedan with a pit bull in the back seat. Gave me a price, I agreed, he kept delaying until my grass was so high, the quote went from $100.00 to $250.00, I could have called someone else! He kept promising he would show, horrible service.

Had a deal for $150 to remove leaves. Eric asked for leaf pile pics, came by to quote us, like him and quote seemed reasonable. Started a couple of hours later, received a text about an hour after that, gonna be an extra $50, quote couldn't be honored. Super nice and polite guy. Seemed very knowledgeable.

Eric did an outstanding leave job at my home, when he told me what he was going to do he truly delivered! I am beyond please with this customer service and definitely will be it for the future

Eric did an amazing job on our yard! He also came out the same day I called so it was extremely convenient. He was one of the kindest people I’ve met and I’m so happy we chose Eric for our yard work needs. 10/10!!

I struggled to find someone to do the job for a reasonable price. Eric was able to come the same day to give us an estimate. He was professional, respectful and polite. He listened to what our thoughts and visions were for our landscape and gave thoughtful advice. We would recommend Eric’s service to anyone.

Quoted me on Christmas Eve and was cutting the grass the day after Christmas. I called a few other companies and not a single one got back to me, whereas Eric quoted me same day. Great work, super nice, and I'll definitely be getting more work done from him in the future.

Edit: 19Apr2024 dropping it down to 3 stars (debated a 1 star, but didn't feel like one bad interaction warranted such a drastic change).

I inquired about his services again this year, trying to get on his route as a regular customer. Went through the quoting process again, and he originally quoted me $300, payment up front. Dropped it to $200, and I told him I'd be fine doing half up front and half upon completion. He told me that wasn't doable, so I told him I was going to pass but I'd keep him in mind for future jobs.

He tried to haggle and accept the half down, but I was already in talks with another company. I declined his offer, and let him know I was no longer interested in his services.

He told me that he was already booked full (told me the day prior that he had availability), and that if I needed his services to "call him next year". Let him know that I'd keep that in mind, and he told me that he was "just trying to take care of me, because my next conversation would be with the city because my grass was at least 8" high".

Definitely left a sour taste with the unprofessionalism, more than likely won't be a returning customer.

Update: 5/15/25: Very disappointed in recent service! Was scheduled to come 2 weeks in a row and every day he was scheduled for he had an excuse NOT to come and mow. I understand the rain delay, however to be put off for 2 weeks for 1. bent my mower blade, 2. I had an employee quit, 3. something came up and I can't make it, is bad form. Then today before coming he texted to say it would cost us $100 per mow, (went through this last year with him also) , I usually charge $45 a week but you only want every other week. How can you justify charging me double for the same service just because it is not weekly. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau!

2023: Called because my lawn was getting out of control. Eric came by the same day I called and gave me an estimate. Very reasonable rates for clean up and upkeep. He was back within 3 days to get it all looking great! No more weeds and the lawn looks wonderful! Excellent service.

He did an awesome job shoveling our driveway! And will use them for our lawn service too! Looking forward to working with them to Beautify my house!

I was very happy at the finished wall , it looked way better than I thought it would!!!! Great service, and great crew, very friendly and left no mess, I would highly recommend!!
