The customer service I received from all of the folks at Bluegrass was top notch. We recently moved to a home that had an existing irrigation system. Kenny performed the start up and took the time to educate me on how to operate the system. Everyone I dealt with at Bluegrass was very personable and friendly.

Truly enjoyed the entire landscaping experience with Bluegrass. They did a fine job starting with a blank canvas after we removed all the old trees, bushes, etc. They're suggestions were spot on. We intend to have them back when we install our new patio and fire pit. Highly recommend!

Bluegrass installed a putting green for us 5 years ago. It has held up great. Excellent workmanship.

Dustin did a great job of cleaning out my pond and getting my pump cleared out. He rearranged some of the rocks, weeded, and gave me some suggestions on how to winterize my pond. I am very happy with Bluegrass! The water is clear, the goldfish are happy, the water has a clean flow, and I am thrilled with the way it looks.

We have always been treated fairly by Bluegrass; their promptness and reliability is what originally drew us to them years ago, and we have had no reason to change our opinion. They are on the job when they say they will be, they are professional and courteous, they are quite willing to answer questions and to provide needed advice, and, most importantly to us, the owner is on the job practically every day ensuring that the work is proceeding as planned. In sum, we have been quite pleased with their work, their follow-through, and their responsible approach!

I initially decided to contact Bluegrass because of the reviews. Turns out, reviews were accurate. Ken and his team worked long and hard on 2 very large koi pond's and waterfalls. It was a complete rebuild that I am very happy with. Bluegrass has knowledgeable, and dedicated staff that really made the difference.

This is the first time I've used Blue Grass Landscaping for my yard maintenance. Anthony and Enrique did a super clean up job and were very responsive to my requests. Before leaving, the let me know what had been done and what was left to do. I am highly encouraged by their service.

Josh Strubel and crew (Josh E. And Brad) were AWESOME! They totally rebuilt our old, obsolete fish pond in West Akron. They saved my fish - taking them to their company pond. I no longer wanted a fish pond but saving them was of utmost importance to me. Next they rebuilt our pond using the rocks we had.
The work was nasty, dirty and very difficult for they probably lifted thousands of pounds of rock while hovering over other rocks and holes. They came organized and on a mission with a game plan and never stopped until they gave us a stunning double tiered pond.
I would recommend Bluegrass in a heartbeat. My son recommended them to us after they did irrigation work at their house in Canton.

Excellent landscape and lighting company. We first hired them to do our outdoor lighting for the front of our house. They did a superb job at placing the light to where it would look best when the light shines on our home. We've noticed a few homes in our neighborhood where other companies placed the lighting in all the wrong areas- so the lighting would look really awkwardly placed when it was shine on the home, but NOT Bluegrass. They did a perfect job! Our second project- we decided to take a gamble and hired them to create our ultimate (huge) dream backyard landscaping (complete with ponds, waterfalls, flagstone walkways, stone bridge, pergola, & lighting). It was more of a gamble since they are more known for lighting & irrigation, but it was a great gamble. My husband is quite the artist, so he practically drew out our whole idea & design on paper, & they turn our drawing into a real life masterpiece. A drawing that came alive- it was awesome! But they also incorporate their own ideas into our landscaping that weren't in the drawing- making it a complete show stopper! Again, they succeeded in making everything even way beyond our original expectations. My husband and I are perfectionists- we admit we are probably one of their most difficult customers. We had our say in everything and all things, but they have always listen and fixed everything to our liking. If there was something we weren't quite satisfied with- they would fix it right away. At the end of our 4 month long project- it was spectacular! Even months later, whenever there was a concern or if something wasn't working properly (like one of the pumps to our larger watersfalls) they would come & fix it right away. Great company, great owner, & great workers!

I've used Bluegrass for several years for irrigation system maintenance and also for Christmas lighting display. They do an excellent job. Very dependable and promptly respond to any issues that occur. The very few issues I've had with the the Christmas lighting over the yrs, once reported, they are immediately to fix the problem. A great team of workers.

Our irrigation system had a crack in a pvc line and leaking valves. The system was dated and so I had their tech replace all of the valves as well as repair several heads and also replace a few. My appointment was 3pm. He showed up on time and stayed until almost 8 pm and did an excellent job. I felt the pricing was fair and the work was great. He went over everything with me before starting and I was impressed with his knowledge of the system. Bluegrass has earned my business after my first time using them.

I use Bluegrass to manage my sprinkler system. Recently Josh came out for my sprinkler start-up. He was honest, professional, efficient, and polite. He addressed my concerns and was able to fix identified problems with ease. Josh is both respectful and knowledgeable. I will be requesting him for future appointments.

Hats off to Brad, Josh and the support team on an outstanding job when putting up my outdoor Christmas lighting and decorations every year.
The attention to detail, proactive maintenance and service if needed is second to none!

For many years we have used Bluegrass for landscaping and irrigation. Our backyard used to flood when it rained. They installed French drains. No more flooding .The employees work hard and are very pleasant to be around. They make sure that they have done all of the tasks to our liking. The mulch that Bluegrass uses is dark, clean, and lasts the entire year.

I hired this company because of good reviews. The good reviews are correct. Had them install a sprinker system in my front lawn and a drip system in my entire back garden in June. Talk about a huge job. My entire planted back garden is covered in river stone. They had to hand dig /install the entire system in back yard, no room for power equipment. Took them almost a week of really hard work, and did an awesome job. Worked through rainstorms and never stopped or complained. We now look at my lawn and garden and love it, you cant tell they were ever there. My plants and grass can, and are doing really well. The crew cleaned up very nicely before leaving each day.

Because of the great work and attention to detail, I hired them again this September to take out/replace some broken flag stone retaining walls/borders in my back garden and replace with block, and reshape some flower beds. Also had them upright a fallen 2000 lb mill stone I had in my front bed a fixed the entire bed.

My wife and I are very happy with the way all the projects look. We will be hiring them for all future jobs, without a second thought.

This is a company that stands by their work. We did a large project that originally ran into some unforeseeable challenges. The team and the owner stayed with us throughout and made everything right. The project ended up different and better than what we originally planned. It is great to work with people you can trust!

As a follow up we did another large project with them a few years after the one mentioned above. They did outstanding work. The team they brought out was really professional and polite. They did more than we expected and we were thrilled with the results. Highly recommend.

Kenny did a great job with our sprinkler system today. He found our valve box easily and fixed our problem fast. He also replaced a few sprinkler heads and took his time and made sure they all worked well before leaving. He was very professional with a great caring attitude. We will have him back if any future issues arise. We recommend him highly.

Todd, Brayan,Emosto., did an outstanding job on my landscaping projects. These are very hard working professionals. I would highly recommend Bluegrass if you want your landscaping to be the best looking home in your development. Five stars. Tonya in the office did a great job answering all my questions. First class company.

Josh and his team at bluegrass did a fantastic job with designing our new irrigation, landscape and stone work. Very professional, on time and on budget. His team also does a great job every year with our Christmas lights. Highly recommend!

Bluegrass recently completed multiple projects at our home - front lawn landscaping, a new irrigation system, reset old stone walls, walkways, and multiple stairs; and a multi-level patio renovation complete with reconstruction of a covered porch with some tricky electrical work. Yes, it was a big job that lasted approximately one month.

We are thrilled with the results; everything looks fantastic. We are looking forward to using our beautiful new spaces.

We also want to comment on the outstanding service and workmanship. The crew arrived bright and early every day, worked in the rain, cleaned up daily, and were polite and friendly. Needless to say this was by far the best home remodeling experience we've ever had. Thank you!

Bluegrass was amazing! They did a phenomenal job creating a beautiful landscape design & an even better job completing the work. We had an irrigation system installed, lighting, & a lawn put in. TJ was excellent, Kevin was awesome, Rodney was so personable and friendly & the entire crew was professional & incredibly hard working - Josh & Dakota were amazing. The crew showed up every day, communicated, waved and smiled at my kids ( who watched & dictated from the windows .. 3 year old twin boys are no joke, ya'll ), carried on small talk as we came and went, and, provided opinions and insights and a whole lot of advice and recommendations. We are so, so happy with the layout - the execution was top knotch : plain & simple - we couldn't be happier. We will definitely be keeping Bluegrass as our preferred ( & favorite! ) landscaping people!
