After a not so great experience with another company last year I wasn’t sure what to expect but I truly was super impressed with this experience with Ace…Jenny got back to me quickly to give me a quote and schedule and even sent me a reminder text the day before and her two guys came on time (early actually) and were so pleasant and professional. I’m happy with how the carpets turned out and Raymond encouraged me to take a look at everything when they were done before paying and was adamant about calling if I had any issues/concerns. I thought the price was reasonable as well (another quote I got was for double the cost!?) I will definitely be using them again!

I rarely share a review of a company but I felt it was necessary to do one for Ace Carpet Cleaning. I called to schedule an appointment to get my commercial building carpets cleaned. They were super accommodating on the times that I requested for their services. They arrived on time and were very personable. They made me feel so comfortable that I ended up taking a nap while they cleaned the carpets! I had low expectations for the result of the carpet cleaning due to the amount of stains on the carpet throughout the building. To say I was amazed after they were done would be an understatement. The carpets looked so much better. They even called me two days later to see if I was pleased with the carpets after it had dried. Amazing customer service! They are very honest, extremely friendly and a joy to be around! I will continue to use Ace Carpet Cleaning for my personal and professional needs!

Eric and Scott are phenomenal. They have my carpet looking just about brand new! They were professional, friendly, and gave me tips on how to keep it in good condition. I’ll see you in six months 🙂

Justice and Riley did a great job cleaning some old carpet and making it look and feel brand new! We bought a house and wanted the carpets cleaned before moving in. Even when they ran into an issue with our stairs they made it right and made sure we were satisfied. They did a great job and communicated well and made sure we were happy. Very thankful we used Ace!

I definitely recommend this company!!! The young man that came to my house was on time , very knowledgeable, very professional and friendly. I was very doubtful that some pretty harsh stains would come out of my carpet and quite honestly so was the young man, but he was determined and worked hard and took pride in his work. I was shocked at how good my carpet looked when he was finished ! He went over everything with me and made sure I was satisfied before he left, and let me tell I was completely satisfied with this company ! Definitely recommending to all my friends and family! 5 stars is not be enough to explain the high quality of service we received from Jenny and her team from Ace Carpet Cleaning Co. I left a voicemail Monday night about an urgent cleaning chair project. My father in law didn’t have much time left here in earth. I had an appointment with big nationwide franchise company, because I couldn’t find anyone else until Jenny called me back and got us in the very next morning! They moved an appointment to later that day and came out. They did an awesome thorough job. Was shocked at how they were able to make that chair look like new again!
The kindness, customer service and care we experienced was the best you could dream to get!
I would recommend this company as well as their Jenny Can Cleaning service if you want excellent work and a great experience for a very reasonable price!

I recently moved out of the apartment that I lived in for the last 10+ years! Had ACE come in and clean the carpets, let me say the carpet looked better than it did when I first moved in. The ACE guys did such a good job they contributed to me getting my full security deposit back after over 10yrs WOW!

Ace is the only carpet cleaning service we will use from now on. Highly recommend. The odors, stains, and grime are all out of the carpets now. We have young kids and pets and Ace made their messes look like brand new carpet. They got out stains other companies could not get out. They are professional and accommodating to the needs of our family. I can’t believe this good of service is as affordable as it is. Amazing.

The team was super friendly and personable! I had a very great experience with them from just talking to them as well as their quality of work. They showed up early and we’re more than happy to wait for me to arrive home to let them in. They also were comfortable with letting my dog back out after they were finished with their work. This provided me the opportunity to get back to work myself and not having to stay while they completed the job. After I returned home later, I was extremely pleased with how well they did! They shampooed my couch and it honestly looked better than the day that I bought it! I have two kids and a dog so I was very excited to see a clean couch again. Exceeded my expectations by far!

This was the first time I have ever hired a cleaning service. I received a call back within an hour of leaving a message (not something I had experienced with all the other services I called that day - tree service, drywall repair, etc.) They were able to accommodate me to clean the public areas of my house in the short time I had before a weekend party. They showed up on time, were friendly and courteous, asked questions concerning items I wouldn't have realized needed cleaned (which were actually quite disgusting), then got to work and I went back to work. When I got home, the public areas of my house were immaculate! I actually had tears of joy in my eyes! If I ever need a cleaning service again, I know who to call - Maid to Satisfy!

Today was our third cleaning with this company and we are thrilled with how clean our home is! Each cleaning team that has been to our home has been polite and professional and very thorough in their cleaning.

This was a terrible experience. Couple points: they moved chair n stool from master bathroom to mop floor never put the items back. Put rugs down on a wet floor and I almost fell as I walked into the bathroom. Never cleaned any of the built in soap shelves in shower. Missed several feet of baseboard in half bathroom. Terrible. The two women were nice, but the quality of service was not acceptable at all.

Courteous, and I'm so thankful that they aim for Customer Satisfaction. They do a great job! It's not the easiest job they do.I would give 5 stars but 2 tasks were forgotten.
