Christian from GMC did a thorough job. He answered any questions that I had. Took his time. He even helped me set up my nest thermostat on line. He went above and beyond.

Called at 8am. Was kept in the loop of when the Technician would arrive. Technician arrived and and went right to work. Listened to what was going and looked at the pictures I had taken. He was professional and told me what he had fixed as well as what in his opinion could also be replaced. Without trying to upsell me. I was given the information I needed to make an informed decision. They continue to be an exceptional company.

Nick was our tech and along with him was Angelo and Angelo was in training, those two were very professional very kind we joked we laughed and made awesome conversation. My husband and I couldn’t have expected anyone better than those two guys. I did call in after they left and spoke with Debbie, which also she is very kind and let her know what a wonderful experience we had getting our furnace repaired. I even told Debbie to tell the boss to throw a little something extra in their Christmas bonus😉 We will certainly use GMC in the future for all our air-conditioning and heating needs.

I can’t say enough about the amazing service I received from GMC Heating & Cooling! My hot water tank started leaking unexpectedly, and they were able to get it taken care of on such short notice. Colin came out and did an excellent job with the repair - professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. A big thank you as well to Greg, the install manager, for making sure everything was scheduled and handled so quickly. The whole process was smooth and stress-free thanks to their team. I highly recommend GMC Heating & Cooling for anyone needing fast, reliable service!

GMC Heating & Cooling team is great. Mike the service manager makes sure our new furnace is doing great with the annual twice a year maintenance program and keeps it nice and clean and running efficiently! Thanks to the GMC TEAM!

I honestly would give more stars if I could. GMC installed our air conditioner 3 years ago and replaced our 1996 furnace yesterday. Beyond great both times.
It’s the time of year they are busy we had to turn off our old furnace for safety reasons on Monday and they told us originally it would be Wednesday or Thursday until they could install the new furnace.
They called us back Monday afternoon and said they could get us in Tuesday afternoon. We only had to go one day without a working furnace. At one point there were 4 techs here working on the install all of them were fantastic. I could not recommend them enough to people !!!! Thank you guys sooo much!!!!!

GMC Heating and Cooling is absolutely amazing! They were efficient, fast, and did outstanding work. Another company quoted me $4,000 for the exact same job, but GMC only charged $1,400—and the quality was top-notch! Cory was professional, honest, and made the whole process stress-free. I’ll forever recommend Cory and GMC Heating and Cooling to anyone who needs reliable service.

Came out the same day as I called, and everyone was very friendly, both when originally calling for service, as well as the service engineer who came out. I have used GMC for the past 20 years, and I am glad they remain such a great company.

The technician showed up on time was very thorough and efficient. He explained everything in layman’s terms that is easily understood. This is the second opinion that I received on the furnace and the first company’s tech looked at the furnace for about ten minutes and then said it needed to be replaced because the repair would be half as much as replacement. Great service appointment. I was notified 10-15 minutes before their arrival, technician used booties over shoes to not track dirt in house and he was kind, polite, and quick. He even had knowledge on my boiler from 1940!

We had some issues with our furnace and when our tech came out he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a thorough diagnostic test on the furnace and ensured that everything is running properly and explained in detail how things are supposed to be maintained and working.

Just go with Gmc, from reception all the way to service everyone from their team has been amazing to work with! Originally called just for service and found out the system was pretty poor and outdated in the house we just purchased so we had Gmc install a new furnace, air conditioner and had the vents clean. Every step of the way was communicated well, their time frame was always accurate including always receiving a phone call when they were on the way. Their service did a great job of the install with everything looking neat, no mess left behind!! Moving forward Gmc will always have our buisness. Thanks for all the great work!

Over these past 10 yrs GMC has always sent highly knowlegable technicians for routine maintenance and new installations. They are always respectful and willing to explain what they are doing, as well as listen to my own observations about the equipment. Our 55-yr-old furnace is still running strong and efficient, and they are not trying to sell me a new one as long as the existing one continues to do its job adequately. On 10/07/2025 CHRISTIAN was particularly helpful. For such a young gentleman, he is a wonderful example of what a service representative should strive to be. Keep up the good work, Christian!

Christian was the service technician who came to my house for furnace maintenance. His service was top-notch! He was friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. I had questions about my newer energy efficient furnace and A/C, and Christian's responses were unhurried and detailed in a manner that made it easy for me to understand the information he shared. I sincerely appreciate his passion for his technical skills and for positive customer service.
The HVAC maintenance is included with no additional cost, with our service contract.

It's been said first impressions are the most important. Well, GMC aced theirs! They did what they said they would, did it in great time, and had the AC and entire unit running like new. Not to mention the great personable service -- and honest service too (thank you Mike!) -- with reasonable prices. It's important to support our local businesses but even more so when they provide excellent service like GMC does. I'll definitely be going back to them and signing up for their monthly service plan in the spring.

We had Christian from GMC come to give us an evaluation of our furnace system. We were looking for a second opinion after having a company we’ve been with for 29 years suggesting we needed several things done that didn’t seem quite right.The former company has maintained our furnace efficiently but seems to be always upselling.
Christian was very efficient, knowledgeable and above all honest. We have decided to change to GMC Heating and Cooling as our new company.

On the night of 11/18 my Furnace stopped working. I started to panic because my family member is very sensitive to cold temperatures. I called GMC and left an after hours message. They called me promptly at the opening of business the following day. They promised that a Technician would be at my home the same day! I purchase all my Heating and Air Conditioning equipment from GMC. The staff is Super friendly, and their service, and pricing are Second to None!
That’s the truth, and I’m sticking to it. 👍👍

Just had my furnace preventative maintenance done and the technician was awesome. Christian was professional and courteous. He was very thorough when going over my furnace and was very knowledgeable when explaining my current furnace condition.
