Christian from GMC did a thorough job. He answered any questions that I had. Took his time. He even helped me set up my nest thermostat on line. He went above and beyond.

Called at 8am. Was kept in the loop of when the Technician would arrive. Technician arrived and and went right to work. Listened to what was going and looked at the pictures I had taken. He was professional and told me what he had fixed as well as what in his opinion could also be replaced. Without trying to upsell me. I was given the information I needed to make an informed decision. They continue to be an exceptional company.

Nick was our tech and along with him was Angelo and Angelo was in training, those two were very professional very kind we joked we laughed and made awesome conversation. My husband and I couldn’t have expected anyone better than those two guys. I did call in after they left and spoke with Debbie, which also she is very kind and let her know what a wonderful experience we had getting our furnace repaired. I even told Debbie to tell the boss to throw a little something extra in their Christmas bonus😉 We will certainly use GMC in the future for all our air-conditioning and heating needs.
