The gentleman that came was very nice and pleasant. The only reason I give three stars is because he was pushy, was asking how I was going to pay for the services when I repeatedly told him I really just wanted a quote, and I didn't wanna rush into it at the time. After I denied the first quote, he somehow came up with a magical lower number, which I didn't like.Why wouldn't you just offer that in the beginning. I told him I felt like he was pressuring me to finance, a seven thousand dollar equipment right then and there, instead of letting me think on it. After I outed him on pressuring me, he then just said, okay, and left. To me, that wasn't professional and it left a very bad taste in my mouth.Please do better and stop pressuring people.

Josh and John were great! They did very neat work and cleaned up every scrap. Josh showed me how to use the remotes and answered all my questions thoroughly. Couldn't be happier!
