Josh and John were great! They did very neat work and cleaned up every scrap. Josh showed me how to use the remotes and answered all my questions thoroughly. Couldn't be happier!

Austin was great very polite very clean in his job & work area. He and his crew help move my stuff back into my garage after installation . He was very quick & helpful explanation of the system and installation of the air filters. I also was very impressed.Austin came back the third day to install the Bluetooth

The whole process was great from getting my free quote to Robert and Blake doing the install. They explained everything I needed to know about the unit and thermostat very well. They kept all their trash picked up and left my house the way it was when they got there. Would definitely recommend

The entire process was smooth with Topline heating & air. When I contacted them about an estimate they came the very next day and got me all set up. The crew came out the next day and got everything hooked up and functioning. Everyone involved was nice and helpful. Very satisfied with my new system.

They were very helpful and gladly answered all our questions. They were very polite and took great care to insure that everything was done and the area was cleaned. Also because they could not finish the job they insured that we had adequate heat until the job was finished the next day. They were a outstanding representitive of the company and the service we can expect to receive being a member of your family

The guy who sat us up was very helpful and got our appointment sat up. The other gentlemen that came out and installed the furnace and new ac unit did great they were all very professional and friendly. It's pricey but worth it.

The service technicians were fantastic. They put in a full day and night to ensure the job was completed.

From the salesmen to the very knowledgeable technicians there was not one instance that I didn’t feel great about our choice! John, our salesman was professional, informative and thoughtful about my crazy expectations. There were three amazing technicians who came to install next day! They took my requests seriously and discussed anything that might have to vary from original plan… like crown molding. Together we were able to come up with solutions that i was very satisfied with. It was a snow day so the kids were home asking questions all day and all 3 answered them kindly and thoughtfully. They did a beautiful install, cleaned up and gave us a crash course. So far so good, our house is finally warm!! Thank you all!

We appreciate everyone we've talked to and met from Topline. They have a great product, excellent customer service, awesome techs, and Mike is/was our amazing sales rep.

Topline installed 5 mini-splits and 2 condensers. 4 of the mini-splits and both condensers have worked flawlessly. They are super quiet and efficient.

We've had some issues the past few weeks with one of the mini-splits and after customer service looked into it, everyone has tons of confidence the issue has been pinpointed and the guys were out today resolving it. We are stoked.

Sometimes things don't work as planned right away. We have encountered many issues with products and services over the years and we feel it's how a company chooses to respond to those issues that reveals the character of the company. The level of care and seriousness Topline applied to the issue, at every level, is top-notch... this gives us great confidence in the company being reliable if issues should arise in the future. It also gives us tons of confidence in the product.

Contacted Brandon and he came out the next day and gave us an estimate and discussed our options for ac. He was professional and very informative. We decided to go with mini splits for our home and upgraded our electrical panel. We got put on the schedule next business day and the team came out and did our install. They were great to work with. Highly recommend!

This was our first installation with the new type of heating and cooling we were very impressed very friendly and very professional people helped us today install it they came out called before they came out stayed all day barely even stop to get a drink and wanted to make sure we had air tonight that was very professional I will recommend this to the next people I know that need it thank you again

Ron and Brie were top-notch technicians. The team was efficient, thorough, resourceful, professional and knowledgeable in their craft. I had a non-working boiler + radiation heating system in an 85+ years old house (boiler system equally old) and the Topline team were the first HVAC team that came in, assessed the entire system, developed a plan and complete the install to get the heat working again within 1-week. Efficient and timely - Ron and Brie showed up consistently on time, provided a plan to complete the install and amazingly delivered on schedule. Kudos to the entire Topline team Austin, Ron, Brie & John.
