I recently had a furnace service call with My HVAC Guy, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Joe and Steve were the technicians who came out, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They came out the same day I called! Thank you guys!

Came at 8:00 am Monday. Looked the problem over had it fixed and was gone by 9:00 am. Under $200.00. Called to check the next day to see if everything was still working. I called a week later to see if they do yearly checkups on the furnace and air-conditioning. The owner wasn't there at the time. It was a weekend so I wasn't sure if anyone would be there. Whoever took the call said they would have someone call me first thing Monday. 1/2 hour later I got a return call from the owner with an answer.They really care about their customers and go out of their way to show it! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable HVAC service.

They showed up in less than 2 hours of calling them. Very professional! They installed a new furnace the next morning. Very reasonably-priced. We were very pleased.

I have dealt with the same issue for the last couple of years and I had numerous HVAC company's come out and guess in what was wrong. One suggested we replace the furnace and repair our chimney. Joe did the proper troubleshooting steps and figured out the issue. I appreciate a tech who knows what they are doing. Thank you. You have earned my future business.

I had a gas leak in the pipe going to my water tank. The technician came out the same day, replaced the union fitting to fix the leak. Service and repair was quick and professional. I would highly recommend My HVAC Guy for all your HVAC needs!

Joe was on time, explained what was the issue with the boiler. Communicated to me how he would rectify the these issues after thoroughly understanding what was the issue . Took care of the problem right away, in a short period of time our boiler was working like new!

We will be only using Joe from My HVAC Guy moving forward for any other maintenance and repairs from now on!

I had a whole house humidifer installed in my home. Joe was my technician, he was very courteous and professional and clearly knew his job well. Everythng was installed very neat and unobtrusive. I would highly recommend My HVAC Guy.

Add on for Dec ‘25 Maintenance
As part of our normal 2x/year maintenance plan that the company offers, Joe returned to inspect and made adjustments as needed to keep our furnace running at 100%. He took photos of an area of potential future concern and explained what it could lead to and also offered some other recommendations to keep everything running smoothly. Additionally, he provided a quote via email for the fix, should we elect to do it. As thorough and helpful as he was during the previous service visit, I continue to be impressed with the service that Joe and My HVAC guy provide. Thank you!

I research all the local furnace service companies before calling My HVAC Guy. It was worth the work and time. First let me say, the serviceman, Joe, was early, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He kept me up on each step of the "tune-up" as he worked. He also corrected things that previous service companies missed. He is a true asset to his company. I'll definitely be using My HVAC Guy in the future.

Excellent install. We had a 40 year old furnace with some odd ducting. By the time My HVAC guys were complete all the ductwork was corrected and a 96% efficiency furnace was installed with new venting. Our home is warm and the 2 stage furnace is quiet and heats the house evenly.

Joe was here this morning and really did an amazing job! The blower fan was so clean when we fired it up, I didn't even hear it running after all winter of it rattling so loudly! He was friendly and efficient! I messaged customer service while he was here and they were quick to respond and answer my question. (regarding forms of payment). Highly recommend My HVAC Guy and Joe!

My furnace quit working after normal business hours on one of the coldest nights of the year. They were able to fit me in that evening. It was thankfully something that was able to be fixed without ordering parts and I didnt have to worry about making it through the night without heat. Great service!

Brendan, the owner is a really nice guy. Was very kind to not only provide options to fix my furnace, but also provided quotes for furnace/ac replacement. Joe is a very efficient tech who came over and replaced the draft inducer on my 58MCB after it started becoming noisy after 13 years of service. Very happy with their service!

My HVAC Guy did what multiple other contractors said they wouldn't or couldn't do. Because my house is over 100 years old it had some quirks with the retrofit air-conditioning unit. When I called Brendan to get a replacement he had no hesitation about installing a new one and fixing duct work issues we had been dealing with. Him and his crew were very professional and also very personable. They did such a good job on my air-conditioner that I knew I would hire them again the following year to replace an install a new boiler for my heat. And again My HVAC Guy took on the job without reluctance or without trying to convince me to get forced air heat like other contractors in the past have tried to do. These are genuine guys and they know their stuff better than most. When having conversations with Brendan the owner, he explained in great detail what was going on and always kept me in the loop. This is the first contractor to my amazement that did not try to "mansplane" anything to me. If anything he assumed I knew more than I did. And that made me feel that much more confident that I hired the right company! Do yourself a favor and make these guys your new HVAC company because their work is phenomenal. They go above and beyond to work with you even if your house is a little quirky.

On Dec. 19th, 2025 Joe, Steve and Nick came and replaced our furnace for us. They did an excellent job! They were very professional, kind and honest with us which we appreciate greatly. The transition to the new furnace was very smooth and they cleaned up after themselves. We are so grateful for them! Thank you so again so much.
