All the mowing boys are so sweet!!!

Fair priced, always did a great job, it was nice to never have to worry. I plan on using them again in the future!

Kid was weed wacking and flung a rock at my car so hard it took my paint down to the metal and dent it as well. Been in contact with them until recently and apparently I'm not good enough to be responded to anymore.

Last year the service was great.
This year, not so much. I never knew when they were gonna show up and actually had to ask them to stop trimming because they scalped my yard all the way around with the trimmer. So much so, I had to seed bare spots. The last time they came to mow, half of my front yard was left unmowed. I called and was told they would be back to fix it....never showed up. I called 2 weeks later, while out of town, to find out when they would be out for my regular mow and was told I wasn't even on the schedule. I was then told they would be calling me to let me know when they were coming and got no call. I then called to cancel my service and was rudly asked why and was told I was on the schedule. They were supposed to come and finish the month that I had already paid for and never showed up. I came home from an out of town funeral to find my lawn severely overgrown and not touched. I would like a refund for May as they did not do what they were supposed to do.

I couldn't be any happier with Auman if I wanted to. From start to finish, their communication was fantastic. We worked with Michael on a landscape design for our space and what he created compared to the final look was exactly as shown. Keith and Donovan did an excellent job of installing the design, and the extra dirt left over was placed in areas that made sense and needed it. They cleaned up the job site very well and left it as it was before they began work. Their paperwork, design documents, and overall process flow shows they use software that is both easy for them and their customers to use and understand.

We're already planning on using Auman again for phase 2 in 2027 and their overall treatment of us has gained them a landscaping customer for life.

Thank you again to Michael, Keith, and Donovan for an excellent job on our project.
