Basement remedy looked at my condo and did an excellent job accessing the property. I had a water leak in my leaky basement. There was water coming in from my walls and are stair stepping on the concrete in the basement. They were courteous and nice and made clear the issues that were in my unit. It further lead to getting a solution from my HOA to fix the problem which really helped out. I highly recommend them as they are very knowledgeable and give honest assessments and very quick turnaround on quotes too. If you want your basement foundation basement leak problems fixed give them a call.

We called Basement Remedy after having water intrusion in an area of our basement. After having trouble reaching someone that could come take a look in a timely manner, Todd and Tyler were here same day for an inspection. They gave us a thorough explanation and recommendation of repairs. They were very insightful and were able to answer any of our questions, even after they left the inspection. Communication was fantastic throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend!

I called Basement Remedy after Basement Authority said they would reach out to schedule an appointment. After two weeks Basement Authority still had not contacted me for the appointment. Tyler and Todd came out the next day for the estimate. They were very professional and knowledgeable and gave me an easy-to-understand explanation of my questions about the process. Tyler came out the next day after I called back, saying I wanted to proceed with the repairs. The work was done promptly, exceptionally well, and cost-effectively to repair my home's structural damage. If you need any work done to your basement, I would highly recommend using Basement Remedy!

Our house was built in the 70's and now it is 2025! We have had issues with our basement for a while (cracked concrete blocks, water in the basement and cracks showing upstairs on our painted walls). We spoke to a contractor and he recommended a Company called Basement Remedy. We called Basement Remedy and a gentleman named Todd came out to our house and explained what needed to be done in the basement.Todd's son Tyler and his crew did all the major work. It consisted of stabilizing the foundation, fixing the concrete walls and sealing them. We had a new sump pump put in and remove and replace the sump pump well. It took Tyler and his crew 2 weeks to accomplish everything. What a "Wonderful Job" they did! You couldn't ask for nicer owners and crew to work with. Outstanding Quality of workmanship! They really know their trade and went right to work!

Basement Remedy fixed our massive and extensive foundation and drainage issues in 2022. It was hard, grueling work and most of it had to be done by hand. They were always on time (if not early), left everything clean everyday, were professional and friendly, answered any and all questions we had, were readily available, worked extremely well with other contractors, and went above and beyond to give us exemplary outcomes. Their very skilled mason repointed our exterior stone and it looks brand new. I cannot say enough about Tyler, Todd and their crew. Not only did they provide excellent service and skills, they were always happy. I have the utmost appreciation and respect for this company.

Basement Remedy replaced crumbling foundation stones at our home. They did a really nice job, left the site clean, and Todd was phenomenally communicative and informative. These guys are honest contractors who do the job right. Would definitely use again.

Tyler and everyone else at Basement Remedy are so incredibly helpful and kind. They were able to efficiently and effectively diagnose and fix the problem in our basement, even fixing our guard rail that had broken. I will recommend 5/5 stars to any and everyone who asks!

Had a major crack in a basement wall and can C&J. Ron came out and took the time with me to explain the issue I was having and resolutions. He didn't try and pressure me or sell me on anything, just gave me the information for me to make a decision at a later date. Tyler and his crew arrived promptly and resolved an issue with an abandoned well line into the basement that was leaking due to heavy rains. The crew worked hard on a hot day an removed a concrete step that had sunk causing foundation cracks in the same area. Quality repair and refacing with expert advice on future issues my 55 year old home may face. Highly recommend Basement Remedy.

BR did a wonderful job fixing my foundation. They kept the work area very neat & clean. And they kept the deadline they had originally set up. They were friendly & professional throughout the process. I would not hesitate to have them do additional work at my home.

Basement Remedy served as the General Contractor for a series of projects that needed to be completed on our home. Our home is 100 years old and our initial project was to replace and waterproof two of the original basement walls. Todd and his team made multiple visits to our home to assess the problem and to discuss options. Once the we had a plan for fixing the problem Basement Remedy provided a clear estimate including possible changes that might be needed as the work progressed and what that might be added or deducted from the estimate. My wife and I felt like the Basement Remedy staff listened to our ideas and concerns and responded to them.

Once the project began Basement Remedy handled everything from permits to engineering to finding a host of subcontractors. We were pleased with the work of all of the subcontractors. They showed up on time, gave accurate estimates and did quality work.

As you can imagine a project of this magnitude disrupts your schedule and your property. After we had built a good relationship with Basement Remedy we discussed other projects that needed to be completed. Colosseum Concrete replaced our sidewalks and redesigned our front porch including new lighting and handrails. The final project was to rebuild the chimney on our roof as it had deteriorated over the years.

Basement Remedy provided reasonable estimates for cost and time. Even accounting for weather the estimate of time was really close. Todd and his staff were responsive when I contacted them. No changes were made without our understanding and input. There was never a mystery as to what was happening during the projects. The people that did the work made every effort to maintain the worksite so that we always had access to our home and they kept the dust and dirt under control as best they could.

From my experience with Basement Remedy I would recommend that you consider them for your home projects.

Contacting Basement Remedy to resolve my house’s interior foundation problem was one of the best experiences I’ve had since purchasing my 1959 house last year. The moisture and horrible smell was gone within a couple of days of the job’s completion. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and explained to me what was happening to the and how to fix it until I was completely convinced this was the company for the job. Professional, prompt, hard working. Completely satisfied.

We suspected a foundation issue prior to starting a home renovation. Basement Remedy showed us the problem, gave us an estimate, and completed the work in a professional, timely manner. Tyler showed us that perfectionism is alive and well taking a tremendous amount of pride in doing the job neatly and professionally. We can see and feel the difference in our home! Highly recommend Basement Remedy. Tyler is honest, responsive, and very thorough. He came out promptly, answered all of our questions, and carefully walked us through his findings. I showed him a few areas I was concerned about, and he never tried to push unnecessary repairs—he simply explained what was and wasn’t a problem. That level of honesty is hard to find. Would absolutely use him again!

Had Tyler come out to my house today for foundation issues. These issues were already fixed by myself a year ago but wanted an experienced opinion and set of eyes to look at it before I move along with drywall repairs. He drove roughly 45 mins to my house, crawled all around the crawlspace with me looking at my repairs and blessed my work, gave me ideas for future repairs and wouldn't even accept money to cover his time or fuel. I believe Tyler is a stand up guy and hope to not need him in the future, but if I do, his number that I won't lose. I would highly recommend you call for issues.
