HVAC reviews in Carrollton, Ohio

Well we were told this is a good place and they came out said they would send an estimate by Monday. Monday is gone. Any good business practice would have at least said something by today like I don't have all the information I need yet. I'll get back with you.
I didn't meet the person, my husband did but I know enough already.
We would have had plenty of work for them.
I wouldn't trust them.

Why would a heating/cooling company install a heat pump that is rated to keep a house warm only to 32 degrees in Ohio? This heat pump never stops running! Do your own homework before having them install !

We had a gas fireplace installed and the guy who came went above and beyond to get our fireplace up and running for us. This is the second time using this company, they are awesome and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!

Have used Avalon several time. Was told there is no filter for our system. Not true.
Called a week ago, system running but not blowing cold. Waited a week for service (fine)
Guy came out and looked at it, said it needs refrigerant but they don’t carry it, would have to replace heat pump.
Called somewhere else, they will be in tomorrow with the correct refrigerant.
Instead of 5000 replacement it’s a 500 call.
