We had a long list of items we needed plumbing assistance with and quickly on a water mitigation job — RonJon delivered. John was on time, very friendly, and clearly outlined what he would be doing for us. He communicated with us throughout the job and did excellent work and at a fair price. We will be using RonJon again on our next job!

John was on time and very personable. We had a kitchen faucet and garbage disposable replaced. For the scope of work, we felt it was overpriced (afterwards, we found the faucet on Amazon and Home Depot for half of what he quoted). We would have appreciated a detailed invoice showing item costs and labor costs instead of one lump number! $1150 seems excessive. All said, the work was done professionally and are confident done correctly. We would probably call John again if needed but discuss pricing upfront.

I called RonJon Plumbing early Friday evening and Ron and his son were at my home the following Monday for a non urgent repair. My family has relied on Ron for years for plumbing problems and emergencies. He is extremely knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and quite honestly the best.

When we encountered a blockage with our bathroom related to the extremely cold temperatures, I reached out to RonJon and had a next day appointment. The plumber who came out was so friendly, explained things in a way I could understand, and made sure I knew they would get our issue resolved. They were very reasonable with me on pricing and kept me updated throughout the two day process. Absolutely recommend this company! Don’t waste your time on the big name companies, call these guys first!

My family and I are so incredibly pleased with the service we got from RonJon Plumbing. Our water heater went out just last night and when my husband called, they were able to come out and replace it the same day. The guys who installed our water heater were MORE than happy to answer any questions my husband had and went above and beyond to get the replacement parts we needed on such short notice. Their attention to detail was so appreciated when they noticed, (my daughter’s) “small boots by the door,” and they took the liberty of capping our (previously EXTREMELY HOT water,) to keep her safe. I was so incredibly touched that they would even notice and think to do that. If our family could rate them any higher than five stars, we would. A Mann Plumbing saved me once again! This morning I realized that the pump for my basement toilet was not working, and water along with the most horrible smell was coming from the basement storage area where the pump is located. My first thought was, I have guests coming in less than 48 hours for Thanksgiving, and my basement (and later most of the house) smelled like a sewer! Understandably their schedule was completely booked, and with today being just before a holiday I would not have expected same-day availability. But lo and behold, Mo managed to stop by just about an hour later, on the way from one of his jobs to the next, to disconnect and remove the broken unit. Then later in the afternoon, David showed up to expertly install the new pump. At the end of the day, my house is smelling (almost) back to normal and a first world holiday crisis has been averted.
