Connected Electrical did a fantastic job with my electric panel upgrade. . I contacted Tyler and he basically provided me with a price to do the job. Knowing what was going to be done I felt the price was very reasonable and was inline with a published Forbes article about the pricing of 2024 electrical work. Permit, inspection, and power being disconnect /connected by AEP was included and coordinated by Connected Electrical. Greg was the electrician doing the installation and he was very good at his job. He made sure I was up to code. I really felt he went beyond my expectations in doing the job. I was really happy with the whole process. If I ever need service Connected Electrical will get my call. I highly recommend Connected Electrical, they are first class.

Moved to an older home last year and wanted to update some of the outlets. Nick came out a couple weeks ago & replaced 6 baseboard outlets. Alex came out yesterday and added new outlets behind my tvs. Both were very professional, efficient, and cleaned up everything. They were also very kind to my dogs so bonus points there. I was referred to this company and I've been very pleased. From the process, to prices, and the people, they exceed expectations. Definitely the gold standard in electric service around here. I'll continue to call Connected Electric in the future.

The electrician was polite and has great work ethics! Unfortunately, my hot tub did not have great instructions for the electrical. He waited for the business to open and get the proper fuse and electrical set up for my specific brand. He made sure that my warranty would be in tack! Awesome!
