Jason is always prompt and on time. He takes pride in his work. He does a very neat job and makes the plumbing look like a work of art! Not sloppy plumbing. He uses the proper piping and does not cut corners. I use him for all my real estate transactions and my clients love him as well

I've been working with Jason for over a year now - on at least 8 separate occasions - and every time he has quickly and professionally solved/fixed the issues. He did some fantastic detective work at my restaurant, and solved several issues which had been plaguing us for years, as well as corrected many issues both big and small. I am yet to find any plumbing related issue he does not solve quickly and professionally. I definitely feel his skill level is extremely high - and he is a really nice guy to boot. So you will enjoy working with him.

Also - he has done multiple plumbing repairs throughout my home with a perfect batting average. So whether your plumbing needs are commercial or residential - Jason is the man. And he will also respond to emergency calls at warp speed. I rarely write reviews - but this one needed to be written. ~Justin

We called Jason to replace our leaking hot water heater and change it over to a power vent, install a water softener, and diagnose a leak in our ceiling. He was super responsive and so so nice, fit us in fast since we are getting new siding, was here on time, and was so professional and meticulous. He was here all day to make sure everything was taken care of the right way and to code. He even pointed out some electrical dangers he noted in our utility room that we were unaware of. We have a 100 year old home in Chagrin that needs plumbing repair. Jason installed 3 new toilets and cleaned out some plumbing fixtures for us. He did a fantastic job, was fair on the price and was very clean (hard to find these days). I look forward to having him back to change out some old lines and to install a new pressure tank. Splash Mountain Plumbing is now my go to for all my plumbing needs.

Jason was great! We woke up with no water pressure. I called him and he came out the same day, was very knowledgeable and knew right away the valve regulator needed replaced. He was also upfront with the pricing. I would definitely recommend Splash Mountain for all of your plumbing needs!

We called Jason to look at our 20 year old kitchen faucet which was leaking. He came out promptly and assessed the problem quickly, giving us two options. Repair or replace. I'm selling my house and wanted to repair a serious leak that unexpectedly popped up in the last minute and could have affected the house selling process. I explained this to Jason and he immediately responded with great attitude and punctuality. He resolved the issue the following day, and I took the opportunity to ask him to replace two faucets, which he also did the same day.
