Called Dan early on a Saturday morning. My furnace was blowing but the air was cold. Dan came out same day, and got my unit back up and running better than it has in years. Price was very fair and the whole experience was great. Hard to find anymore.

Dan came out and repaired my furnace quickly, even in the horrible weather. He walked up and down our long driveway through deep snow (we hadn’t had a chance to snow blow yet since it was snowing so hard!). He took the time to thoroughly check other parts of the system to ensure everything was working safely. Thanks to his dedication, my family was able to stay warm. We’re so grateful for his exceptional service!

We woke up with no heat on the first snow and called Emerson. Dan showed up fast, diagnosed a tricky issue, and explained everything in plain English. He not only fixed the problem and got our system running, but also added an inline fuse to protect the transformer in the future. On top of that, he took the time to walk me through what he was doing so I can troubleshoot better next time. Fair price, zero upsell, super knowledgeable, and just an all-around good guy. Someone you wouldn't mind grabbing a beer with. I wouldn’t call anyone else. Thank you Dan. You run a stand-up business.

I needed to get my old unit serviced. Dan was local so I called him for an appointment. He made time to look at my old heat pump and told me what it would cost to repair. Since my old heat pump was 20+ years old I asked Dan for estimates to replace. Dan got back to me in a few days with estimates. I had several other estimates and Dan's was competitive. I checked on Dan's other reviews and found that everyone thought very highly of his service. I gave Dan the go ahead and within a week my new heat pump and furnace were installed. This was at Thanksgiving so I was impressed in the speed of the install. Dan and his crew did the job and cleaned up when done. Dan was patient after a long day to explain hiw to operate the system. I highly recommend Dan Emerson heating for a job well done.

Emerson heating and cooling was absolutely amazing! My furnace died during that last awful -20 cold snap, and he was able to come out find the part and replace it within 24 hours. From time of diagnostic, grabbing the part and time of service!!! Everyone that came out was quoting to replace. This guy genuinely wanted to make sure we had working heat and was beyond reasonably priced! This was a quality job! He went above and beyond, after repairing the furnace, he checked the whole system, gave new filters, checked the humidifier and did a phenomenal job!! I highly recommend Emerson heating and cooling, if you’re looking for an honest repair man!

I would recommend Emerson Heating and Cooling for all your HVAC needs. Installed complete system and I am %100 satisfied with the job quality and the price. Dan and his assistant were professional and easy to work with. His quote was less than 3 others for same equipment and job scope.

My boiler went down last night during this cold snap. Called Dan this morning and he was there quickly like literally his estimated time when he had several other houses to go to. Very fair price considering this had quite an extent of testing to fix the problem and on a Sunday. Very friendly too and answered all questions I had. As a first time homeowner he’ll be my first call if I have problems again.
