Excellent service and great knowledge! Very pleased with Dan and Richey. They came out quickly, thoroughly assessed the problems and were able to get our 27 yr old furnace back up and running quickly in this frigid weather. They even figured out that it would run better for us with a few small system adjustments.

Emerson Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, and a few add-on accessories. Dan returned my call for an estimate quickly, showed up when scheduled, and provided us with an incredibly competitive estimate. Installation was scheduled pretty quickly and he was able to complete the work in a single day. They were respectful of being in our home and took care to clean up the little mess that was made. Awesome Job! I didnt expect to buy 2 heat pumps in one year but it happened. Dan attempted to repair the one that was not sounding the best prior to having to replace it, but as fate would have it, it was just not in the cards. Both Installs went smooth. Dan walked me through my options and what his thoughts were. Highly recommend!

Called Dan early on a Saturday morning. My furnace was blowing but the air was cold. Dan came out same day, and got my unit back up and running better than it has in years. Price was very fair and the whole experience was great. Hard to find anymore.
