Chris M did a professional and clean job. He explained each step thoroughly as well. Great work. Camera inspection revealed no blockages and solved the issue.

Kobella technician Jeff M did a great job finding an intermittent problem with the defrost cycle on my heat pump. He was polite and professional and kept me informed of what he was doing.

On September 24, 2025 I had a professional( supposedly) installer come to install my dishwasher. Unfortunately, the installer caused a leak under my sink and could not do anything about it. I had used Kobella a few months before and called them immediately. To my surprise they show up just an hour after calling and it was the same plumber Sam F. There aren’t enough words to describe Sam F. He came and saved the day. The other installer who installed the dishwasher left as soon as Sam arrived. Thank goodness for Sam F.. Kobella is a better company for having him on their team. He again explained everything and was so kind and professional even when I was falling apart. I will never make another mistake like calling another professional when Kobella can do the job with professionals like Sam F. Thank you so much Sam I would give you more than 5 stars because you go above and beyond for your customers. Kobella is lucky to have such a fine man on their team.

Homer was very professional and worked all day to get our project completed! Was very thorough and thoughtful in his approach. Took extra care not to be laud while we were working from home while he did the project.

Fantastic job Kobella ! Bruno n his team were very professional n thorough. They removed my awful old bathtub n replaced with an updated walk-in shower. Great work n terrific cleanup. I highly recommend Kobella for plumbing, hvac, repairs and improvements

Derek was my Kobella plumber who arrived on time to provide maintenance for my hot water heater. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and completed his work in a skilled and professional manner. I paid $0 dollars because of my plan with Kobella

We had a massive flood in the basement as the sump pump failed. Luke came out, was all over it with a great plan, and got us fixed. He was at our house within 20 minutes of the call. Can't say enough good about Kobella and Luke. We have been clients for years, and this is why they are there for us when we need them.

Homer is a pro and he cares about quality and his finished product. Had to cut drywall. Did such a neat job not only kept the place clean but made it so the repair will be easier. He thought ahead. Was super careful and took care of our needs. Terrific tech and person Thanks Homer!!

Called around 6pm, and Chris D the service tech was here within an hour. He promptly diagnosed the issue with our system and even got us 3 window unit loaners to help ease our minds with our 14 month old son and three great danes(who do not enjoy the heat!). Some shipping delays from the manufacture had the repair delayed a bit longer than we originally expected but Chris was at our house the morning after the parts finally arrived and had us up and running in no time! Everyone at the office I spoke with when checking on parts status was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company and more specifically Chris D. When I have any future issues they will definitely be my go to!

Don and Andrew were exceptional. Extremely professional and courteous. They got the job done very well and with minimum fuss. They answered all my questions patiently and knowledgeably.

Sam F. was awesome! He diagnosed our plumbing issues and got right to work on fixing the problem. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and a stand up guy. We only use Kobella now after not so great experiences with another company. Kobella has never disappointed us and has always gone above and beyond. They employ the best and their service from scheduling to appointment time is outstanding!

Jeff wasn’t just good. He was outstanding! I am in a very difficult situation at 79 years old without any heat and Jeff came analyze the problem came up with the quickest solution. Told me how to stay warm and made everything seem easy. He took away my fear and concerns. It made me comfortable again, even though I am cold.. Hoping the part comes again very soon tomorrow and Jeff comes back out and gets this all fixed and I’m sure he will. There should be more people like Jeff out there working to help everyone not just the elderly, but the elderly is special.

We made an emergency call for a leak and Bruno was at our house in under an hour. He was incredibly kind, professional, and had our pipe repaired quickly. Excellent service from start to finish!

EXCEPTIONAL services from Kobella as always!! Tech Sam had great knowledge and ability to make things understandable in layman’s terms. Pleasant, friendly, efficient and thorough. Furnace system service completed with new filter placed with no issues.
Recommended installation of humidifier system and explained benefits and cost. Did not feel pressured or forced to decide on the spot.
Customer service rep, Dorene, made scheduling easy. She and her supervisor, Amanda, were very pleasant and helpful throughout the process.

Luke did an exceptional job. He is meticulous, courteous and polite. He is an example of the type of Kobella employee I’ve become accustomed to expect.

Our waterline to the refrigerator starting leaking and the shut off value malfunction. I had to shut off main. Two hours later Luke H. arrived and quickly accessed the problem and made the quickest and cheapest repair by adding an inline shut off valve. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

Derek from Kobella Plumbing was excellent. He notified me that he was on his way and arrived when predicted. Derek asked several questions to help understand the issue and, upon examination, quickly identified the problem. Fast quote for work. Fair and reasonable price. Derek fixed the problem effectively. Strongly recommend!

As before at the 572 Stevens Blvd House your team was extremely courteous and professional & knowledgeable. You did a full install in attic , 10 flex line vents cut in to downstairs ceiling, outside air unit. 4 trucks - 8 guys - two days for basically what your asking to ( change out ) two units at the Eastlake address. Thank you just not in our budget at this time.

I have used numerous plumbers since we bought our house 10 years ago. This is my third time calling in Kobella’s. I have to say that if ever I have a major project, I’m gonna always call Kobella’s. First, they replaced the exhaust piping from our furnace to the outside. Second, they installed a bathroom sink, changed out a shower cartridge valve, and put in new hot and cold water valves on my basement utility sink. Lastly (this time), they installed a new water heater and changed out some of the waterline valves near the heater that had corroded over time.They are not the cheapest by any stretch. However, if you want the work to be done correctly the first time and to last, I would recommend calling Kobella’s.
