Our furnace stopped running over the weekend. Within a few hours Sam K. was in my home and working his magic. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He was back Monday afternoon with the part needed and able to run my furnace shortly after. Kobella is great! We signed up for HVAC and plumbing yearly service and check-ups!

Mike and Jeff with Kobella are amazing! They both went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of quickly, they stand behind their work and were a pleasure to communicate with. I am very very happy with the service provided from the entire Kobella team and Jeff really stood out as fantastic. Thank you Kobella, I will absolutely recommend you to friends and family 10/10!

Sam was great! Had a backup and he was able to make sure that there wasn’t a pipe blockage and it was the septic. Very courteous and even answered the questions I had and gave a quote for replacement items.

Matt was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time, timely with the service and kept me updated along the way. He caught things other technicians missed. I will request Matt H for all future services. Also the service manager Brad was very responsive and accommodating when needed.

I spoke with Deborah when I schedule my appointment, she was very pleasant and got me on the schedule ASAP when I had no heat. Jeremy F. wad my technician, he was very polite and responsive to questions. We chatted about common hobbies and family as he was working. I highly recommend Kobella, they left me feeling more appreciated than some of the bigger companies I’ve used in the past.

Andrew came out and repaired my furnace flue. He explained in detail what he was doing and made sure there were no questions when he was complete.

Chris came out on a Sunday for an emergency call out. He was professional and efficient and very nice. Did excellent work. I expected to pay for an emergency call. I was shocked to find out the mark up on the blower motor. We didn’t have a choice if we wanted heat.

They do great work just not reasonable mark ups in my opinion

We had a service call today from Kobella. We needed our heat pump system checked out. Our electric bill had gone way up. Sam K. arrived right on time. He was very professional and went completely over the system. He made the needed adjustments and made several great suggestions to make the system work more effectively. We decided to get on a maintenance plan and upgrade our system a bit. We were extremely pleased with our technician and the professional way the company handles itself.

Work was completed on time in the most efficient manner. Joel and Ozzie were friendly and informative about the installation and future maintenance of the system.
From my initial contact to the office, to Jeff, the technician who assessed my failied furnace, to Justin, the salesman who helped me choose the best system for my needs, and to Joel and Ozzie I felt very comfortable with the entire team. Thanks for a job well done.

Over the course of several days we had Jeff M, Greg H, Ozzie A, Homer J and Andrew B all come to our house to service us. The team was knowledgeable, professional and personable. We had a new furnace, AC, hot water tank installed and some other smaller plumbing issues taken care of. They answered all of our questions throughout the process and did everything they said they were going to do. Will definitely be calling them again for any future needs. Would recommend them to anyone who asks!

Bruno is very knowledgeable in his work, courteous and went beyond to help out my family and I. We bought a new home, we've been blessed from the old home owner with detailed records of the plumbing, but Bruno helped with locating so many other gas and plumbing potential problems or just giving me information for my awareness. I would recommend Kobella and Bruno.

Chris M came out quickly and was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He gave us options, explained things well, and fixed our issue very quickly. He also helped with some other questions we had about various issues in the home and made a lot of great suggestions. We have been 100 percent happy with all of our experiences with Kobella over the years and would not go anywhere else.

We can't say enough about how good Kobella has been for us and our home. They aren't the least expensive, but you absolutely get what you pay for. From the start, Greg H explained to us exactly what would be the best system to cool our home. Then he met the crew onsite when the job began. Education is a big part of what they do. They want to make sure you're comfortable with what you're purchasing. Joel, the crew chief on our minisplit install, explained everything and answered all our questions. They also treated our home with the same respect they would treat their own. So neat and clean! So when we needed advice about our water treatment system, of course we called Greg. And just like with our minisplit install, he took the time to explain what he would do, and what we needed. So when Homer came to the house, he was able to work with us to ensure that we understood what he was doing. He was respectful of our home, and did an outstanding job. He even brought in the trash container from the street when he left. These guys feel like friends when they're in our home.

Highly recommend Kobella’s. I needed same day service on my furnace and they were able to come out within a couple of hours. My service technician, Jeff was great! He was able to fix the problem, answered all my questions and explained everything he did. I will be using them again.

I’ve worked with Kobella Plumbing & Heating on multiple jobs since buying my home this past June, and they’ve been amazing every single time. From the office staff to the technicians, everyone is professional, polite, and genuinely great to work with. They take the time to walk you through everything, explain your options clearly, and make sure you feel confident in the work being done.

Their communication from start to finish is outstanding. They’ve replaced my sump pump system, installed a full home humidifier with a smart thermostat, upgraded my air filter cabinet, and replaced my furnace blower motor. Every job has been completed with exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Bruno was very thorough with letting me know what needed done.
He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The work has only been scheduled at this time. I will need to follow up after the completion of his work.

Update: The work is complete and I am very happy with Bruno and Kobella!
They may be a bit pricier than some other companies, but you get what you pay for. They have GREAT customer service and workmanship!

Update #2: I needed to call to have some follow up service done. This time I was assigned Homer. Homer was also great with explaining things, answering my questions and great 5+

star customer service.

Chris came out when I was having some major issues with some drainage in my yard. He was very very polite Very knowledgeable and had multiple solutions for us in a timely fashion. He explained everything that was going on and let me know what we could do to correct the issue. Was very very happy with Chris and Kobella’s service and absolutely recommend them to anyone in the future.

Derek is a knowledgeable professional, who resolved a difficult plumbing issue. We appreciate that Derek arrived earlier than expected and stayed late until all repairs were completed, and left the work area in good order. Thank you also to Kobella for having helpful and kind office staff-Alyssa- to assist us and for helping us the same day we reached out for help.

Homer provided excellent service. He explained everything that was going on with my frozen water pipes and proved step by step details on what he was doing to resolve the issue. Unexpected expenses due to this awful winter are never a good thing but when you receive excellent customer service, it helps.

Derek with Kobella Plumbing and Heating was great. Kobella sent him the same day I called about a leak in my kitchen sink. He worked quickly and efficiently and was able to replace the old pipes quickly and easily and the result was a pipe with fewer twists and turns. He was polite and courteous and even took time to befriend my cat. Afterwards, he cleaned up thoroughly.
