The technician arrived on time. He repaired our washing machine, refrigerator, and the range/oven. All the work was done in a timely manner. It was a great experience, and I will call on them again.

This place needs to be shut down. We hired a repair man to fix my grandmas fridge. Instead, he came to our property, kicked our non-threatening, elderly, disabled dog repeatedly, yelled at my grandma, and left. I hope this establishment closes and the repair man who came to our property goes to prison and suffers some serious, serious karma. Edit: dramatic, i know, but when multiple people witness animal abuse and the establishment continually denies it, you’re going to be a bit freaked.
Edit, in response to your response: Your technician is a liar. Multiple members of my family witnessed this from the house. After he got out of his van, she limped up to him wagging her tail, and he kicked her out of the way. Then, she growled. He then began kicking her repeatedly, and told my Grandma, “It’s going to bite me,” to which she responded, “She won’t bite you if you’ll stop kicking her,” and went inside to try and get one of us to help. It was shocking and upsetting for us to witness. By the time she was inside, he was back in his car. The only reason this dog growled (not bit) at him is because of the initial attack. That dog can barely walk; she is not aggressive, and this was a violent and angry attack by your technician. She was not going in for a bite. He kicked her because she was in his way. We all agree that he acted irrationally and be criminally investigated.
