Days Appliance Repair has been a reliable service repair company. They have helped us to maintain our appliances even though they are aging!!

The technician arrived on time. He repaired our washing machine, refrigerator, and the range/oven. All the work was done in a timely manner. It was a great experience, and I will call on them again.

Day’s Appliance Repair does excellent work! I called on a Friday afternoon and was able to schedule an appointment for the following Monday afternoon. My LG top-loading washer was emitting “scrud” (soap scum) onto anything I washed. Only 2 1/2 years old, my washer never caused any problems before. An LG tech was sent out by the warranty company, but only did half of what was needed to clean the washer tub and all the involved components. So, I called Day’s and am so glad I did! Their tech, Justin, was prompt, friendly, and meticulous in his work. He knew exactly what needed to be done and was experienced in doing it. I strongly recommend Day’s and will use them in the future. The price was reasonable for the amount of work done.

Day’s Appliance was incredible. I submitted an inquiry online Sunday evening during the holidays. Someone called me early Monday and our part was ordered and installed after the diagnosis less than a week later. Blake was very knowledgeable and patient with our barking dog as well. The woman who called to schedule on Monday was kind as well. I think her name was Julie?

Will continue to use Day’s and recommend.

Tech was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything to me and what he was going to do to fix the issue. If I ever need them again I would definitely request for this company to be the one to come back.

Quick response time and Justin did a great job fixing our KitchenAid oven.

Our oven stopped working, called Day's Appliances. Chris came over to look at our Frigidaire stove. Pleasant, professional and knowledgeable, Chris was able to fix the oven. He gave advice about the stovetop all the while being pleasant and friendly. So impressed with Chris and Day's Appliance. What a fantastic experience, from making the appointment to the actual oven repair for a very reasonable price. Thanks, Chris, for being so helpful and professional.

Here's the short review: Day's Appliance Repair is awesome. I highly recommend them! Stop googling 'appliance repair' and just call them!

Here's the longer review: so...I recently noticed that the dryer vent hose had come disconnected from the exterior of the house. Reconnected it. No worries, right? Except that I didn't know it was disconnected from the back of the dryer, so when I reconnected the hose to the exterior I created a lovely little tube for a squirrel to crawl right up and into the laundry room! Called multiple companies to try to get someone out that day to reconnect the hose properly. Day's Repair was the only one to say we can fit you in given the situation. I had thought that I chased the fury little bugger back out the dryer hose. But I suppose I didn't. No problem, because it turns out that our tech, Chris, not only quickly and properly resecured that vent, but he is also excellent at wrangling squirrels! And he managed to chase that fuzzy thing out the door!!! Hence, I highly recommend this company since most probably would have said "we'll come back when YOU get the squirrel out"! Now...time to go by a vent cover...!

Unfortunately things break down sometimes. But we are happy to call Day's Appliance Repair when those services are needed. They are quick to schedule, we actually managed to get same day service today. The technician we have had come out every time is Steven and he does a great job. Real nice guy and quick work!

Justin was very thorough in repairing our cooktop. He made sure it worked properly before leaving and was very cognizant of the quality of his work and that were were happy with the repair. I would highly recommend Day's for repair work and will use them again.

First Tech came out to fix clothes wash machine - needed to order part to complete repair - I was in desperate need to do laundry (been stacking up) - part was ordered on a Fri - came in on Mon - almost could not squeeze me in until Thurs , but fortunately bumped me up to that Wed to complete repair - also I had done something to my dryer that needed to be looked at when returned to finish fixing the washer. Decided to also ask them to replace the water intake lines to wash machine because that was over due as well?

Bottom line paid $476 - almost cost of one of my washers or dryers were back in 2006 when purchased from Sears (almost $1000 for both) - so needless to say - not to happy about repair pricing. (also did a couple of other things - but really nothing TOO laborious in my opinion and the parts were triple cost of what charged at Home Depot?) And tech did not appear to be the best communicator in my opinion - other issues like putting used/old intake water lines on top of my dishes in my kitchen sink and did not even ask me where to put them? (Like trash or an empty box, etc.?) HOWEVER?......

Sent out Chris on a return/follow up trip - different TECH - CHANGED my ENTIRE experience about the company and the service received up to that point?

Complete and total opposite of first tech - first of all SUPER EFFICIENT, super communicative, answered all of my questions and happy to explain things to me -- super nice and professional, just an all around great guy.

Corrected some minor things - and explained why some things had to be a certain way - instead of just "fixing them" then telling me after the fact - that I could not put stuff on top of my dryer anymore like I had the last 19 years like other tech had done?

Dryer part was not made anymore - he searched - and was very pleasant and polite about the whole situation? AND basically told me I had one of the best sets of washer and dryers made by anyone - and he used to own them himself?!? (he used to work for Sears Appliance and I have Kenmore Elite Washer and Dryer)

Chris and his whole demeanor and efficiency in correcting the problem(s) totally changed my opinion to back to a positive one of Days Appliance - (and he can fix all types of appliances too).

Honestly, I never had an issue with questioning pricing of the work done by Days until this job - (had microwave repaired at least 2 times by them, my fridge/freezer in the last few years, and dryer looked at 10 years ago by them) - but maybe that is because cost of everything has gone up? Still wondered if had been different tech on initial work, if pricing would have been slightly less?

I called for a repair on my dryer. the customer service representative I spoke to on the phone was so kind, and was able to get my repair in very quickly. The tech Blake was amazing. He had great communication, was on time and worked quickly. I will definitely be suggesting them to all friends and family.

Star 1000 to the service technician Justin W. He was very polite, explained everything clearly, and was friendly/kind to my yappy Dachshund. Bottom line, he fixed my washer when I was unable to, and I now have laundry to do and I’m so excited to get it done. Thank you Justin!

Day's Appliance Repair is an efficient, personal business. I have needed them several times and have always been pleased with their service. Most recently I want to commend Justin for coming to my rescue. My wedding rings were lost and I was sure they had gone through the wash in a pocket. Justin worked tirelessly to search every where they might have been hung up and was willing to go get another tool and come back. That is dedication to pleasing a customer! Happy ending: the rings were found!

Refrigerator lights are fixed. We always get great service from Days! They were here fast too.

I called wednesday, and thursday my dryer was fixed! Justin got the job done fast and the process was very smooth.
