We own alot of properties and have hired Dan Potter home improvement llc to work on several of them in Cincinnati, and we are so impressed by how the properties looked, how many things they know how to do. They did complete remodeling of our entire properties. From top to bottom. New floors, decks, bathrooms, kitchens, tile, foundation repair, roofing, painting,concrete work, lots of plumbing, building us garage also and lots more. They did businesses for us too. We only use them to work on our homes and businesses. Thank you Dan and guys. Everything done by the book, contract was written and everything was in writing, Dan was always available and explained everything to us. Our associates use them also. Highly recommend them. Their work is great and they are affordable.

I desperately needed a pair of patio doors replaced and finding reliable help became a job in itself. Mr. Potter totally stepped up to the rescue. He came and assessed the job, made sure everything was there to do it and called and came when he said he would and that speaks volumes and was impressive but most of all was through. Sure it’s the busy season for home improvements but he never made one feel like what I need was an impossible back burner task. Our family plans to use him and his great crew Mr. Tim and Mr.Jeff in the future. This was just an awesome self Mother’s Day present. Thank you Mr. Potter!

We had two repairs done, one roll roof and some of our downstairs plumbing. They came and got it done very fast and saved our sunroom from further damage. They also found mold that we had no idea about which we were super thankful for. Super quick, affordable, and clean! I definitely suggest if you’re looking for someone who has experience and lots of knowledge.

Needed a retaining wall to help divert water. I called Dan Potter home improvement and spoke to Dan he came out looked at what I wanted to do. Told me a better way to do it explained it to me step by step. He had a contract read it to me, explained it to me and let me know he could get the materials, I could of, or he'd meet me at the store and we could pick them up together and I could of paid for it and he would of took the materials to my house in his truck. He gave me the option to buy them myself, or I could of let him get them, or he was willing to shop for them and have them call me and I could pay. No money upfront if I didn't want to. We let him get them, and he got everything and showed us where our money went. He was professional and the work was amazing. I can't wait for the next project. We highly recommend them.

Dan came and turned our basement into what we always wanted. He came out looked at it and gave a estimate his price was affordable and it didn’t take him long to get to us even tho he was extremely busy. He started and finished quickly. The crew was kind and they cleaned up and made it look cleaner then it was before. We are having Dan come back and do a bathroom remodel also. He explains everything thoroughly. He uses contracts you give him a deposit and didn’t ask for anything else till they were done. Complete professional. Thanks Dan and crew.

We had a beautiful front door specially made. Unfortunately lowes didn’t measure it properly I was worried but Dan and his crew built a frame to fit perfect then he ahiplapped the wall all around the door and we had them lay new floors. We highly recommend them they have remodeled our house both bathrooms, built the doors and frame, remodeled our living room, built us a deck. And they are coming to landscape and repaired our privacy fence. They can do anything. Very glad we found them. Use them now!!

We had a bad plumbing leak and we called Dan Potter home improvement. They did an excellent job and they were very affordable. Explained it to us thoroughly. They were very professional, had a contract, got it done fast and efficiently. We highly recommend them and will use them for all oyr home improvement needs.

I had brand new floors laid by Dan and crew turned out beautiful. Affordable, did everything they said they would and it was clean when they left. Floors are absolutely amazing we highly recommend them. We are going to have a bathroom done by them also.

We called Dan to come look at tearing down our existing deck, and building a new one, and making it bigger. This deck also is about 15 ft in the air. He came out, looked at it explained to us what he wanted to do. How they would do it, and called us two days later with a affordable price. They came out did exactly what he told us, it looked amazing, and had great craftsmanship. They did it quickly, without cutting corners. They were professional, wrote a contract, wrote down everything he said and followed it. I recommend them to everybody, and are having them come back and stain it. Everything built by hand, excellent quality. We thank them for the deck we always wanted, and will use them in any home improvement projects in the future. And we will and have told all our friends about them. Dan is a honest and down to earth owner, so glad we met him. I wanted to add the pictures of the deck but couldn't figure out how. Looks great.
