We had a full bathroom remodel and it turned out amazing. Dan helped us pick out a vanity, found the glass doors we liked. His crew are kind and friendly, and they left our bathroom cleaner than it was. They did the plumbing and electric most of the time you have to hire somebody to do that they did it all. A remodel from beginning to end. Highly recommend them. We got their name from a recommendation and I see why. Work was amazing and we will be a repeated customer.

I and my family own a lot of rentals and we use Dan and his crew for every job they can do anything. Crew is amazing, nice, keep the space clean. They are trustworthy, come on time, explain everything they are going to do, and always use contracts and they are insured and licensed. We highly recommend them to everybody who needs work. They have got every house to pass inspection. Thanks guys!!

We used Dan and crew for a new bathroom remodel and it turned out beautiful. They did demo all the way to finish, including the plumbing, lights, everything. They are kind, clean, explain everything, craftsmanship is great. I have told my friends and family about them and they used them too. I will always recommend them. Very affordable. When we signed the contract Dan explained everything they were going to do. Help out your local business. They are worth it.

I own a small business that needed a bathroom update. Dan Potter was able to recommend the kind sink and toilet I would need to withstand frequent customer use. He replaced my drop ceiling, patched a giant hole in the wall, painted (happy to see the bright green go away!), hung a mirror and installed new ADA handrails. He worked quickly and left it cleaner than when he arrived! Polite, professional, great price and excellent work.

I hate to leave bad reviews but to save someone the time I’ve made 2 appointments with dan now, first one he was having truck issues, ok fair enough I understand we rescheduled for the next week and now he no showed and didnt respond at all.

Update our full complaint is now published on the bbb Cincinnati. Run don’t walk away from this company . He’s the biggest crook I’ve seen . Has no clue how to run a business. Only discovered this after finding out the work he did was horrible and he will not back up his name at all .This company replaced a roof over our patio. The work was done wrong. Had to pay a new company to replace his work after he failed to take any responsibility at all. Complaints filed with bbb and attorney generals office . Photos of receipt and comments from new company that replaced his work .

We trusted Dan to do a bathroom job. He violated that trust by not venting our exhaust fan as he was paid to do, and he left exposed wires up there. Cost me well over a thousand dollars to have someone clean up his mess.

I try to use local hard working people for jobs, I couldn’t possibly recommend anyone use his services.

He replied saying I wouldn’t answer his call. It’s simply a lie. He only called me after I posted a negative review. Before that he ghosted me.
