Brent and his crew are excellent. I needed my main sewer line repaired which involved digging up a large portion of my front yard. The crew knocked out the job in two days (one short of what we planned for). Also, Brent is very honest and straight forward in terms of his pricing and explanation of the work he was going to do and possible risks/problems. Overall I couldn’t be happier.

I recently was referred to Tischbein from a relative. I had a clogged drain and it flooded my basement. I sub pumped all the water out before Tischbein showed up. Good thing about Tischbein first: they showed up on time and were the ones that could get to my house first and they did get the job done. Bad things: I was originally suggested to use a water jet system by an expert aka salesman which would “definitely” unclog the drain. That would have ran 500 or so dollars I was told. I said let’s just try the snake and see if the lines broken first. Sure enough it was, the line busted. He did get it unclogged. However, when I received the invoice it was for 579 dollars! I’ve spoken to two reputable companies and my friend who works for a reputable company, I gave them all the details of how far the clog was out from the house and the most I would have paid at said companies was 275 dollars. I do take responsibility of not getting a price first before they came out. I highly recommend if you do use this service to get some kind of bottom and top line dollar. If Tischbein doesn’t work I’ve had a lot of luck with Thomas and Galbraith. They are straight to the point and don’t come off as salesmen. Good luck!

I am very glad they were recommended to us! We were very much struggling to find someone to fix the flooding of our basement. Time was critical being someone with a lung disease lives there. Great job from start to finish. Identified a problem and came up with a creative cost effective solution. Stayed in contact every step of the way and did a fantastic job! I was particularly impressed with the way he left the job when finished, won’t take long for the grass etc to settle back down.

Tischbein came highly recommended to us by a family friend. They came out to help us with two drains that were backing up outside of our garage. They were able to schedule us relatively quickly (non-emergency) and were on time and reliable! They were quick and helpful with cleaning the drains out and explaining how to prevent the same problem in the future. They even swung back to us at the end of the day after leaving because we accidentally broke a piece they had given us. We will certainly call them first for future needs!

Absolutely the best in Cincinnati! We called multiple companies to address a drainage issue on our front walk. Others were either non responsive, had unreasonable solutions, or just had no clue what they were doing. Brent was upfront and responsive, said he absolutely could fix the problem and was wonderful to work with. We could tell immediately he knows what he’s doing. Our formerly flooded front walk is now dry as a bone. They are honest, family owned, experienced, and do impeccable work. They are very busy because they are the best. After researching several companies, I called Tischbein to solve a drainage issue regarding standing water near my foundation. Brent was very professional, and he responded to all of my calls/emails. He recommended installing a French Drain and adding top soil to get positive slope away from the foundation. Brent is knowledgeable and very thorough. I would highly recommend Tischbein.

We needed to fix a shoddy job from another plumber. Brent and his father were able to come up with an effective solution where other plumbers had completely given up. Excellent service! I had a problem with my sump pump/downspout drainage system, the guys did a great job to locate a cut in the pipe, and a collapsed section of pipe. They did a full inspection and discovered another cut in the main line that was due to a utility contractor’s mistake. The location of the damage was marked by flags and depths, the location was precise and I was able to find and repair the damage thanks to their expertise. Thanks, it’s nice to work with craftsman that know their trade and provide a helpful service!

The crew that came out did an excellent job replacing three of my underground downspout lines. They took the time to make sure everything was done right and when they finished, everything looked like they hadn't even been here. The work was done in a day and you could tell they care about the quality of the work they do. I would highly recommend them and I don't do that very often. A highly satisfied customer!

Kemphaus is a lifesaver. After dealing with 4 other plumbers with a major sewer issue for months, Ralph came in assessed the problem and did the repairs quickly at a much more reasonable price than anyone else. I will use him from now on and would give him six stars if I could.

We could not have been happier with the work, the professionals and courtesy we got from Kemphaus Water Solutions. They went well above and beyond. They even hooked up the faucet to the bathroom and replaced the stationary tub neitber of which were part of the job and they never mentioned or even charged us for. They just did it. Typically when you have this kind of quality work and service you pay a bit more but i was surprised at how reasonable they were. And best of all, whenthey said whenthey would start and finish.......they did. Would highly recommend, you wont be disappointed
